"description": "**Surrender to the Season** \n_An Autumn Evening of Yoga, Sound & Release_\n\nAs the days grow shorter and nature begins to let go, we are invited to turn inward. Autumn reminds us that letting go is not an ending, but part of the rhythm of life. \n\nThrough nourishing flowing yoga, breath and the immersive vibrations of a sound bath, we’ll honour the transition into autumn — embracing the invitation to slow down, turn inward and surrender to what is.\n\n We’ll explore the beauty of slowing down, letting go, and making space for what is quietly emerging. A chance to soften, surrender and release— just as the trees release their leaves.\n\nA gentle autumn ritual for the body, mind and soul.\n\nSurrender to the Season, Letting go, Fall into Stillness.",
