"description": "**Honouring the sacred in-between of pregnancy - a somatic, heart-led circle for grounding, creative expression, and embodied trust.**\n\nAn intimate, 6-week closed circle for those journeying through pregnancy. Together, we listen to the wisdom of the womb and explore the sacred threshold of creation through birth-art and sharing circles. We listen, we soften, we share. Facilitated by Jasmine, a Conscious Birthing Mentee, this gathering invites presence, connection, and trust in the innate intelligence of body during this sacred initiation.\n\nAbout each circle:\n\nEvery session is held in ritual and prayer. We open the circle, welcome the elements, honour the people in the room and give our prayers to the Divine. We then move into a space of free somatic embodiment. With music and invitations to explore how your body wants to move and express, this time is for you to go entirely inward. Connecting with your changing body, growing baby and perhaps restless mind. As the movement comes to an end the circle will move towards creative expression. Each week we will be exploring a different theme of pregnancy, birth and postpartum as we draw closer to the winter solstice. We will use creative tools such as painting, drawing, collaging, or moulding clay to explore the themes below. Together we draw from the cauldron of the collective and birth art that shows us hidden parts of ourselves, expanding our self-compassion, softening our hearts and strengthening wisdom of the womb. Sharing the creations with the circle, often allows hidden elements of the psyche and unspoken fears or dreams to be witnessed and celebrated.\n\nThe Journey:\n\nCircle one: _the starting seed - connecting to the self as you are in this moment_ \nCircle two: _germination - connecting to the landscape of your womb_ \nCircle three: _the seedling - connecting to your babies view of your womb_ \nCircle four: _growth - connecting to your fears and your wildest dreams_ \nCircle five: _flowering - connecting to the journey of birth_ \nCircle six: _fruiting - connecting to the expansion, softening and ultimate rite of passage of Motherhood_\n\nIf you are craving a devotional time to connect with your pregnancy, your baby, your womb and your experience - this circle is for you.\n\n**The details:** \n**Session 1:** Tuesday **10am-12pm** , 3rd November 2026 \n**Session 2:** Tuesday **10am-12pm** , 10th November 2026 \n**Session 3:** Tuesday **10am-12pm** , 17th November 2026 \n**Session 4:** Tuesday **10am-12pm** , 24th November 2026 \n**Session 5:** Tuesday **10am-12pm** , 1st December 2026 \n**Session 6:** Tuesday **10am-12pm** , 8th December 2026 \n**Location:** Bridgetown Yurt, Totnes \n**Exchange:** Early bird £165 / Standard £195\n\n_Space are limited to keep this group intimate so book now to save your place and begin your journey within this sacred group._\n\nFAQS: \n_If I cannot attend every week is there a discount?_ \nNo, unfortunately the amount is payable in full even if you miss a week\n\n_Will there be a whatsapp group to stay connected with the other attendees?_ \nIt will be up to the group to create a way to stay connected, but this will certainly be encouraged.
