"description": "Come and relax with us during this evening of Gong bath, meditation, mindfulness and Reiki energy. \n\nTake part in this circle, set your intentions and wishes. Let the Gongs be your allies, relax your nervous system and raise to the vibrations you deserve..\n\nGeraldine Emmanuelle will be creating a safe and held space for you to truly rest and release.\n\n She will use her voice and mesmerising sound healing instruments along the Gongs to bring a deep sense of self and grounding. Bringing awareness and appreciation of the present moment…\n\n \n\n**WHAT IS A GONG BATH?**\n\nGong Bath is a sound massage originating from Kundalini Yoga. This is a sound and vibrational journey that can be therapeutic by promoting relaxation, healing and body/mind balance through cellular vibration. It acts on the frontal cortex of the brain, acts on stress by toning the vaginal nerve. It calms the mind, anxiety, opens space for relaxation, healing and transformation. Gongs are sacred healing instruments used in rituals for 6000 years. \n\n \n\n**Gong Bath Benefits**\n\nStress Reduction and Relaxation: Immerse yourself in the powerful tones of a gong bath and feel the weight of stress and tension dissolve. The soothing vibrations work to calm the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and a sense of tranquility.\n\nEnhanced Meditation and Mindfulness: The resonant sounds of the gong act as a gateway to deeper states of meditation and mindfulness. As the mind becomes entrained to the gong's frequencies, it becomes easier to access a state of inner stillness, heightened awareness, and expanded consciousness.\n\nEmotional Release and Healing: The vibrational qualities of the gong have the ability to penetrate deep within the energetic and emotional layers of our being. A gong bath can facilitate the release of stagnant emotions, allowing for catharsis, inner healing, and a renewed sense of emotional well-being.\n\nRenewed Energy and Vitality: The dynamic interplay of sound during a gong bath can help restore the natural flow of energy within the body. As the gong's vibrations gently stimulate and realign the body's energy centers, a sense of revitalization and balance can be experienced.\n\nPersonal Growth and Transformation: The transformative nature of gong baths invites profound personal growth and self-discovery. Through the practice of surrendering to the sounds of the gong, one can explore hidden aspects of the self, gain clarity, and open the door to new possibilities.\n\n**@reikisoundhealing4all**",
