"description": "### A gentle journey through breath and sound into deep rest \n\nJoin us for a restorative breathwork and sound bath journey, combining gentle breathwork with the resonant sounds of gongs and other sound healing instruments.\n\nThese two practices work beautifully together. You'll begin with restorative breathwork, exploring soft, calming breathing techniques that help you settle into your body and turn your attention inward.\n\nThroughout the breathwork, the sounds of the gongs and other instruments will accompany you, adding another layer to the practice and creating a rich, sensory experience.\n\nFrom there, the experience opens into a deeper sound journey. You will let go of the breathwork and be immersed in the sounds around you.\n\nTogether, breath and sound offer a chance to pause from the demands of everyday life, and connect with your body in a space of deep relaxation and rest. \n \n\n### Who is this Breathwork & Sound Bath Journey for?\n\nThis session is for anyone who would like some time to slow down and turn inwards. You don't need any previous experience with breathwork or sound healing\n\nThe session takes place lying down, with blankets and eye masks provided. Soft lighting and sound create a calm environment where you can get comfortable and settle into the practice.\n\nBy the end of the class, you'll feel calmer, more relaxed and with renewed energy and presence.\n\n_ **Your Facilitators** _\n\nJohanna is a [Certified Breathwork Facilitator](https://www.breathe-east.com/meet-johanna) trained in trauma-informed modalities. She will be guiding you through gentle breathwork techniques designed to soothe your nervous system and support inner calm. She also offers [1:1 private breathwork sessions](https://www.breathe-east.com/breathwork-session) for a more personalised and supported experience.\n\nGeraldine Emmanuelle is a sound therapist and Gong practitioner with a deep passion for the transformative qualities of sound and vibration. Her sound journeys create space to slow down, turn inward and settle into a deeply restful experience.
