"description": "Eros as Medicine - Temple Time\n\nWelcome to Temple\n\nErotic energy is the great amplifier, it turns up the volume on life, on whatever lives beneath the surface: from unacknowledged wild desire to the insecurities, jealousy and old stories of unworthiness. Eros brings it up to be seen, felt, and met fully by yourself and others.\n\nThis temple is an inquiry into the authentic meeting point between us: that real edge where people actually feel touched, whether that's across a room in eye contact, or in the full heat of passion. Intimacy isn't about how physically close we get: it's in how true we're willing to be about where we actually are.\n\nIn the first half of the day, you will be invited to explore opening to intimacy through practices such as devotional circular puja ritual, where the intention of each encounter is finding the authentic meeting point between you and this other person. That could be sitting and eye gazing, or it could be deep Eros. We will be exploring how we can try to break the idea that connection needs to look like any particular thing, or needs to be with any particular person.\n\nThe second half of the day will be an offering of ritual Temple free play, to explore that which you began to open in the Puja.\n\n**This Temple is only open to those who have been to two or more temples, or other such spaces. If you are not sure if it is for you, please contact Joy or Shanti and we can work it out together.**\n\n**About temple spaces**\n\nTemples are sacred spaces, where consenting adults can experience, body, mind and soul connections. Held in a space of beauty, acceptance and safety, we enter into practice of devotion, to love, pleasure and sacred sensuality. Temple space can be very magical, healing, playful and full of mystery. It is a place to meet yourself and others, as friends and play mates, old and new. It can feel scary to enter such an unknown space, so we have created a day which can give you a better understanding of how to enter and navigate in a safe pleasurable way. Please come as you are, everybody is welcome in Temple.\n\nWe invite you to come, just as you are and feel. We know that being in these environments can bring up a lot of emotions. This is a safe space to welcome them and work with them in an embodied, held and ritual temple space. The evening will be held throughout.\n\nAll genders are welcome, as are singles, friends, and couples (of all combinations). \n\nFOR COUPLES: Please make your agreements together before you arrive. If you want to come along with your partner, and play with them exclusively, that’s completely fine.\n\nTemple is a sober space.\n\n \n\nDate : Saturday 24th Oct, 2026\n\nTime : 2pm - 10.30pm\n\nVenue : Wildgoose Space, 228 Mina Road, St. Werburghs, Bristol, BS2 9YP. \n \n\n**Things to bring:**\n\nAn offering/flower for the temple shrine. \nLunch to share. \nSomething tasty and delicious to share with the group for snack during the day. \nWe will provide herbal teas and a fruit platter. \n \n\n**Cancellation:**\n\nWe have a no refund policy for the Temple. \n\nHowever, you are welcome to sell your ticket on to a friend. \n\nIf you do so, please do let us know and send us their email so we can give the info about the temple. \n\n \n\nFor any questions please contact us:\n\nShanti: [shantitemplenights@gmail.com](mailto:shantitemplenights@gmail.com) \n\n0r text/call 07875 151582\n\nWelcoming you with an open hearts,\n\nShanti & Joy\n\n**About me:**\n\n**Shanti**\n\nShanti has been practising Tantra for 25 years. \nShe is Mama, Healer, Mover, Somatic Educator, Artist and a Creative. \nShe is intuitive, playful, a tribal gatherer and a little bit witchy.\n\n[https://www.templenights.co.uk/](https://www.templenights.co.uk/)\n\n**Joy Mittens - ** I Push Buttons in those who are Ready for Transformation❤️‍🔥With Love❤️‍🔥\n\nI am a shamanic priestess leading people gently on deep, heart-centred journeys with the medicine of their own bodies, emotions, and sexual energy to discover their unique essence and expression of the divine.
