"description": "My Women’s Circle is a space to slow down and come back into relationship with yourself — your body, your emotions, your inner knowing and the life you're actually living.\n\nIt's a space to help you release what you're ready to put down what your body is tired of carrying.\n\nSomewhere where we can celebrate what's blooming\n\nTo grieve what needs grieving\n\nTo explore what wants to emerge through the numbness & fear.\n\nA Women's circle is a place where you can rest,\n\nTo reconnect with your body,\n\nTo laugh or cry through the tears of joy & sadness,\n\nTo feel what is alive within you, the good, the bad and the things that feel ugly....\n\nAll of it is welcome...\n\nCome & be witnessed in a deeply held sisterhood\n\nAnd perhaps to remember something you've forgotten...\n\nYou matter too.\n\n✨️Through guided meditation, embodiment, journalling, Reiki, oracle guidance, ritual and sharing, we'll create space to go a little deeper than the usual “How are you?”\n\nBecause sometimes what we really need isn't advice.\n\nWe need real connection.\n\nWe need to feel less alone in our world.\n\nWe need somewhere to hear our own voice again.\n\nAnd sometimes we need other women to remind us of the strength we couldn't quite find in ourselves that day.\n\n What you can expect: \n✨ Guided meditation. \n✨ Embodiment practices. \n✨ Journalling & reflection. \n✨ Reiki healing. \n✨ Oracle guidance. \n✨ Sharing & deep listening. \n✨ Connection & sisterhood. \n✨ Space to rest, release and simply be.\n\nThere is no experience necessary.\n\nYou don't need to be spiritual in any way.\n\nYou don't need to know what to say before you arrive.\n\nYou don't even have to share anything if you're not ready.\n\nJust come as you are.\n\nThere is no perfect version of you required here.\n\nJust you.\n\nSo if you've been craving deeper connection... \nIf you've been feeling a little disconnected from yourself...\n\nIf you're longing for somewhere you can breathe, be witnessed and remember what matters to you... \nMaybe this is your circle. 🤍\n\n **Cancellation Policy**\n\nI completely understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your place, please let me know as soon as possible.\n\n**More than 7 days before the event:** A full refund will be provided.\n\n**Within 7 days of the event:** Tickets are generally non-refundable, as your place has been reserved and arrangements for the circle have been made in advance. You are welcome to transfer your place to another woman — just let me know the new attendee's name. If you're unable to attend and your place is subsequently rebooked, a refund may be offered.\n\n**If the event needs to be postponed or the venue changed:** You will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to transfer your booking to the new date or receive a full refund.\n\n**If the event is cancelled by me:** You will receive a full refund.\n\nBy completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the cancellation policy.",
