"description": "# Monthly Community Connection \n\nWhether you're a trainer, assessor, candidate, organiser, practitioner, or simply someone who values Nonviolent Communication, you're warmly invited to join our Monthly Community Connection.\n\nMany of us are working independently or in small circles, and it can be easy to lose touch with the wider community. NVC Matters is experimenting with offering these online gatherings to create an informal space to meet others, exchange ideas, explore challenges, and strengthen connections across the NVC network.\n\nThe Zoom room will open with a number of breakout rooms, each centred around a different topic. Participants are free to move between rooms at any time and join whichever conversations interest them. If there is a topic you'd like to explore and nobody is there when you arrive, we encourage you to stay for a few minutes and see who joins you.\n\nThe rooms themselves are not facilitated. These are not curated spaces, but spaces meant for genuine encounter. What happens in each room is shaped by the people who choose to gather there.\n\n### Rooms Open This Month\n\n- Coffee and Chat\n- Marketing and Visibility\n- Empathy Exchange\n- Certification Journey\n- Peer Supervision and Support\n- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI-B)\n- NVC and Social Change\n- Teaching NVC\n- New to NVC – Questions Welcome\n\nBring something you want to connect about and we will be happy to open a room for that.\n\nWe look forward to seeing you there.",
