"description": "**Deepen connection through yoga, in the intimate ambience of candlelight.**\n\nOften we practise yoga postures on our own, but have you ever considered practising together with a friend or a significant other?\n\nCouples Yoga, or yoga practised in pairs, is a way of deepening connection with both our own being and another. This practice offers a beautiful opportunity to communicate beyond words with your partner. Practised in the intimate ambience of candlelight, Couples Yoga can offer profound insights and transformation, whether experienced as a romantic couple or as close friends. It is a unique practice and a nourishing way to spend quality time together!\n\n**Each session will include:**\n\n- A short introduction and explanation\n- Heart-connection exercises\n- Warming up exercises\n- Couples Yoga postures\n- A profound relaxation\n\nWhilst Couples Yoga is beneficial for couples, it is also suitable for two friends. You must come already with a partner. You do not need to be flexible for this practice. All that is needed is to wear comfortable clothing and bring an open heart and mind.\n\n**Dates:** Fridays 25th September, 16th October and 27th November, 7:00-9:00pm\n\n**Prices (per couple):** £20 members / £25 non-members per session.
