"description": "Join for an evening to gather and connect to the beautiful power of the drum.\n\nWe meet monthly in the gorgeous and cosy roundhouse in Sladebank Woods, where we move through meditation, drumming, singing and sharing.\n\nThis month we will be gathering just before the Hunters moon, the full moon of Autumn. Also gathering just before Samhain, the Celtic celebration of the Year's End & New Beginnings- a time of finding gratitude and releasing what has happened this year to allow new seeds and dreams to be planted for the next. Like how the trees are shedding their leaves to allow for growth and abundance next year, this is an invitation for us to do the same.\n\nNo drumming experience necessary.\n\nDrums/rattles will be provided. If you have your own, you are invited to bring it along so we have more to go round!\n\nDrop me an email at [rootedwithbethan@gmail.com](mailto:rootedwithbethan@gmail.com) if you have any questions.\n\nWould love to drum with you soon! \nBethan xx\n\nP.S. **if you are looking to birth/make your own drum** , myself and a dear friend Toni are holding drum birthing days, throughout the Autumn. Take a look below! ❤️ \n[Monday 14th September](https://dandelion.events/e/drumbirthingaveburysept) - The Henge Shop, Avebury, Wiltshire \n[Sunday 11th October](https://dandelion.events/e/drumbirthingwestonbirt) - Westonbirt Arboretum, Tetbury, Gloucestershire \n[Saturday 7th November](https://dandelion.events/e/drumbirthingaveburynovember) - The Henge Shop, Avebury, Wiltshire\n\n🌿 **Rooted | Gatherings inspired by the rhythms of nature** 🌿\n\n[**Browse all my events here**](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted/events) (sound baths, yoga, drumming circles & more) \nInstagram & Facebook: [@rootedwithbethan](https://www.instagram.com/rootedwithbethan/) \nSubscribe to my mailing list [here](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted).\n\n(I also hold 1:1 and private events, drop me a message if you'd like to find out more)\n\n**A bit more about me:**\n\nBethan, a yoga, sound and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces to bring people together to ground and gather, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and those around us in a way that feels real, welcoming and supportive. \n\nShe came to yoga when she began to fall out of love with the general fitness world, and it has been a huge part of her journey with chronic pain, providing mobility and strength she otherwise may have never had. \n\nHer discovery of sound healing, and then especially when re-discovering the drum, felt like a real homecoming. Not gatekeeping music and sound to the performative world where you have to be “good at it”, instead opening this up for all of us to feel into its transformational power. Bethan believes sound has an unbelievable ability to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity.\n\nWhether a fluid flow, a restorative sound bath or an energising drumming circle, her offerings take deep inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, as Bethan believes that nature and our land has so much to show us. Hence why outside of these spaces you’ll usually find her in the water, way out in the countryside (likely lost) or drumming around the stones of Avebury!",
