"description": "SPIRITUS Breathwork and Somatic Healing is a conscious connected breathing practice that integrates trauma-informed approaches to help you tap into the body's innate wisdom.\n\nUsing the breath as a portal to unconscious material, we create space to complete interrupted patterns of stress and trauma held in the body.\n\n**Through SPIRITUS you can:**\n\n- Release emotional and energetic blockages held in the body\n- Support neuroplasticity, gaining fresh perspective and letting go of limiting beliefs\n- Access insight and inner guidance, supporting spiritual development, self-care, and a return to self-love and safety in the body\n\nHeld in a safe, ceremonial space, SPIRITUS helps you embrace real change, let go of what is no longer serving you, and integrate old patterns.\n\nRory Conder is trained as an advanced breathwork facilitator by Tim Morrison.\n\n**Safety comes first** \nDue to the nature of breathwork, some conditions mean you can't attend, or may need extra information or changes to your session.
