"description": "Welcome to the Soul Circle - Autumn Reset 2026\n\n**Friday 16th October 12:30 - 14:30**\n\nSoul Circle is a women's circle with a difference. A circle which combines sharing and shamanic practice with real time energy healing to release and let go of old patterns and beliefs whilst creating the new. \n\nThe Autumn Reset circle offers a space to support and soothe your body and mind as we transit from Summer to Autumn and as we try to make sense of the changing seasons in the world around us and our own lives. Autumn is a place of cocooning, a turn inwards to self reflection and nourishment. In Soul Circle I will guide you to reach the places deep within that are seeking support and sustenance at this time. \n\nSoul Circle offers:\n\n- A place to connect\n- A place to release\n- A place to create\n\nEach circle follows the same rhythm, held in sacred space, connecting with our guides and ancestors with intention. Each circle is guided by the energies of the moment and is a safe space to explore shamanic practice and the wisdom of the cycles. Each afternoon will combine practices including and not restricted to: \n\n- Opening of sacred space\n- Sound and Movement\n- Sharing circle\n- Drum Journey\n- Nature connection\n\nChloe will intuitively guide you through a series of practices to support you in coming into connection with yourself and the natural rhythms of nature.\n\nWhether you have worked with the shamanic realms before or are curious to find out more, this is the space for you. \n\nSoul Circle will be held in the yoga room at beautiful Vallis Farm, Egford Lane, Frome, BA11 3JU on:\n\n**Friday 16th October 12:30 - 14:30**\n\nAny queries or if you are feeling the call to join us but price is an issue please do get in touch. \n\nSpaces are limited to honour the depth of the work. \n\n What previous clients have said: \n\n“I have felt more grounded than I have felt in a long time. A feeling that I had which was akin to fight or flight has gone.”\n\n“I felt very safe with your holding.”\n\n“Since our session I have felt more at peace.”",
