"description": "**An afternoon of slowing down, conscious connected breathing and reconnection in the beautiful surroundings of Plot 9.**\n\nFind a little space away from the pace of everyday life during an afternoon of breathwork, grounding and integration ✨\n\nWe’ll begin by arriving in the body with some gentle movement, then enter into a meditation, followed by a conscious connected breathwork journey and time for integration. These practices are offered as an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and become more present with your breath.\n\nThe workshop is open and accessible to all, whether you’re completely new to Breathwork or already have an established practice.\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/08/07/19/22/45/6b206b42-5866-4ef2-888c-e53f24c36017/tempImagepljHCq.jpg)\n\n#### **The Flow of the Afternoon**\n\n**2:00pm** – Arrive and settle into the space \n\n**2:10pm** – Opening circle\n\n**2:20pm** – Gentle movement to arrive in the body\n\n**2:45pm** – Introduction to conscious connected breathwork\n\n**3:00pm** – Guided Meditation\n\n**3:15pm** – Conscious connected breathwork journey\n\n**4:00pm** – Integration with herbal teas and snacks gathered around the fire\n\n**4:10pm** – Closing circle\n\n**Around 4:30pm** – the workshop comes to a close, though you're welcome to stay in the space for longer if you wish to enjoy the surroundings of Plot 9 and connect with others.\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/09/13/11/14/20/0e92137c-add8-4b8b-9ba8-b84ee82e245a/b8253b3a-9a69-4065-98bf-665da222f88a.JPG)\n\n#### **What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?**\n\nConscious connected breathwork is a practice where we breathe in a continuous, connected rhythm for a period of time, supported by music and gentle guidance throughout.\n\nAs your breath is what leads, every experience is different. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body, stay within your own limits and move through the practice at your own pace.\n\nPeople may experience a range of physical, emotional or mental sensations during the practice, and you don't need to achieve or “do” anything in particular. You may leave feeling:\n\n- More grounded and present\n- Calm and deeply relaxed\n- More connected to yourself\n- Clearer in mind and body\n- Emotionally lighter\n\n#### **What to bring:**\n\n- A yoga mat (I'll have a few spare)\n- Warm layers for the breathwork (there will be blankets but body temperature can drop)\n- A journal and pen to support with integration (optional)\n- A bottle of water\n- Comfortable clothing you can move and breath easily in\n\n#### **Directions**\n\nPlot 9 is by Maze Hill station in east Greenwich. Full [directions here](https://greenwichsky.com/plot-9-location-transport/).\n\n#### **Is this workshop suitable for me?**\n\nNo previous breathwork experience is needed. The session will be gently guided and you'll always be encouraged to work at your own pace.\n\nFor your wellbeing, this practice may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a history of seizures, cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure, have had recent surgery or significant injury, glaucoma or a detached retina, severe asthma or COPD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or a history of psychosis.\n\nIf any of these apply to you, or if you have any general questions, please get in touch before booking.\n\n#### **Meet your Facilitator 🤍**\n\nHello there, my name's Federica and below is a little background to what has lead me to sharing this workshop with you…\n\nIn 2022 I travelled through India and Sri Lanka, where I trained in yoga and, completely unexpectedly, discovered conscious connected breathwork.\n\nAfter my very first breathwork session I remember distinctly feeling, _I wish for as many people to experience this as possible…_ and that feeling has never really left me!\n\nSince then I've continued exploring through further certified breathwork and yoga trainings, time spent living in an ashram, working at retreat centres, and sharing these practises in different communities around the world.\n\nWhat I love most about these modalities isn't that they give us all the answers, but that they offer us space to pause, reconnect and listen a little more deeply to ourselves.\n\nBeing able to share them outdoors, in nature and in community, feels incredibly special to me, and I'm so grateful to be able to do that here at the magical Plot 9. \n\nHope to see you there! 🌿\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/08/07/14/33/13/f98878ba-d3c7-413d-b27b-04fa9c284cb5/tempImageklkK4u.jpg)\n\n#### Testimonials\n\n_\"I joined a conscious breathwork workshop with Federica, and it was a beautiful experience. From the start, she created a warm, welcoming space and explained the intention behind the practice with clarity and care. Throughout the session, she offered gentle individual support whenever it was needed. I especially loved hearing her soft, reassuring voice beside me, guiding me through the experience. It made me feel truly seen, supported, and cared for. I left the workshop feeling both deeply calm and energised. I would wholeheartedly recommend Federica to anyone looking for a safe, nurturing, and professionally held breathwork experience.\" House of Somatics , Hammersmith._\n\n_\"Beautiful afternoon from start to finish, Federica has a wonderful manner which is not rushed or forced, so it felt like an all-body, all-mind experience and as relaxing and releasing as one of the best massages. But much deeper. I feel that the core of me has been touched by this experience. I loved the music, the guidance during the breathing which always seemed to be there when I needed it! Just before I realised I needed it. Wonderful experience, thank you so so much!” Previous workshop attendee._\n\n**Cancellation & Refund Policy** \nAs spaces for this workshop are intentionally limited to support everyone receiving the right attention, the following policy applies:\n\n- **7+ days before the event:** Full refund available.\n- **72 hours before the event:** 50% refund available.\n- **Less than 72 hours before the event:** No refunds can be issued, as it becomes difficult to fill the space at short notice.\n\nThank you for understanding and supporting these guidelines.",
