"description": "# HARNESS YOUR CREATIVE PRACTICE\n\n### Autumn Edition #22\n\n**Mondays | November 9th- December 14th, 2026** \n**6:30–8:30pm GMT | Live on Zoom**\n\n**Investment: £175-£225 Sliding Scale**\n\n**Earlybird- £155** (book by October 10th 2026 at midnight)\n\n \n\n### 🍂 What wants to be created this Autumn?\n\nAs the days grow shorter and the year begins to turn inward, Autumn offers us a natural invitation to **pause, reflect, gather, and tend to what matters.**\n\nPerhaps there are creative ideas you've been carrying around for months. \nSomething you want to make, write, perform, explore or bring into the world. \nPerhaps you simply want to feel more alive, playful and connected to your creative self again.\n\n**Harness Your Creative Practice** is a 6-week online journey into **creativity, play, ritual, embodiment and community** , designed to help you move from _thinking about creating_ to actually creating.\n\nNow in its **22nd edition** , this course has supported hundreds of creatives from around the world to develop a more nourishing, sustainable and wholehearted relationship with their creative practice.\n\n \n\n### THE INVITATION\n\nJoin an intimate group of creatives from around the world for six weeks of exploration, encouragement and creative momentum.\n\nEach week follows an aspect of the **Hero's Journey** , taking us through a process of stepping into the unknown, exploring new territory, meeting obstacles, finding resources and ultimately bringing something home.\n\nThe sessions are playful, embodied and reflective, drawing on:\n\n**movement • ritual • clowning • writing • painting • improvisation • meditation • collaboration • creativity**\n\nYou don't need to be a professional artist or have a particular creative project. You simply need a curiosity about your own creative expression and a willingness to explore.\n\nThis is a space to **show up as you are** and discover what wants to move through you.\n\n### WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE\n\n✨ 6 live 2-hour group sessions on Zoom \n✨ Weekly creative exercises + journal prompts \n✨ Curated movement, dance & meditation playlists \n✨ A supportive international creative community \n✨ Accountability and connection between sessions \n✨ A flexible “choose your own adventure” approach — participate as much or as little as your life allows \n✨ Access to discounted 1-to-1 coaching sessions with Zuma\n\nYou can treat it as a weekly creative reset, or use the prompts and practices to create your own deeper **at-home creative retreat** alongside the live sessions.\n\n \n\n### THE SIX-WEEK JOURNEY\n\n**Week One — The Self** \nPreparing for the quest. Setting intentions and tuning into what you want to cultivate.\n\n**Week Two — Embarking on the Quest** \nStepping into the unknown and beginning to move beyond the familiar.\n\n**Week Three — Exploring the Territory** \nFollowing curiosity, discovering new possibilities and seeing where they lead.\n\n**Week Four — Meeting the Monster** \nMeeting resistance, obstacles and the things that get in the way of our creative expression.\n\n**Week Five — Crossing the Threshold** \nMoving through, gathering resources and bringing in the harvest.\n\n**Week Six — Coming Home** \nIntegration, reflection, celebration and cabaret/creative sharing.\n\nThe final session offers an opportunity, if you wish, to share something you've created during the course — a poem, painting, piece of writing, dance, comedy, music, performance or anything else that wants to be witnessed.\n\n### \n\n### WHY AUTUMN?\n\nAutumn isn't only a season of letting go.\n\nIt's also a season of **gathering**.\n\nGathering the experiences, ideas, lessons and creative sparks from the year. \nMaking space for what is ready to emerge. \nComposting what no longer serves us. \nAnd tending the inner fire that will carry us through the darker months.\n\nThis course is an invitation to use that seasonal energy as a creative ally.\n\n**What if the quieter months weren't a time to put your creativity on hold, but an opportunity to deepen it?**\n\n### \n\n### DATES FOR THE DIARY\n\n**Mondays:** November 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, December 7th & 14th 2026\n\n**Time:** 6:30–8:30pm GMT\n\nPlease check your local time, as daylight-saving changes occur on different dates in different places. This timeline is based on UK GMT London time. \n**Location:** Online\n\n### INVESTMENT\n\n**£155 — Earlybird** (book by October 10th 2026 at midnight) \n**£175 — Supported place** (students / lower income) \n**£200 — Full price** \n**£225 — Pay it forward** (helps make a place available to someone who otherwise couldn't afford it and supports the work)\n\nLimited places are available so that the group can remain intimate and receive focused attention and care.\n\n \n\n### REGISTRATION\n\nTo secure your place, use the booking link or email [**info.clownlife@gmail.com**](mailto:info.clownlife@gmail.com) if you'd prefer to register directly and avoid booking fees.\n\n**Refund policy:** As this is a small independent artist endeavour, refunds are not available. Before the course begins, you are welcome to gift or transfer your place to someone else in your network. Once the course has begun, places cannot be transferred.\n\n \n\n### A LITTLE ABOUT WHY I CREATED THIS\n\nI created the Harness Your Creative Practice Course because I believe creativity isn't something reserved for artists, nor is it something we have to wait to _feel inspired_ to do.\n\nCreativity is a relationship.\n\nIt needs attention, nourishment, play, curiosity and sometimes a little accountability. It needs spaces where we can experiment without having to know where we're going.\n\nAnd it is so much easier to keep creating when we don't have to do it alone.\n\nIf you're yearning for **more creativity, community, play, ritual, movement, inspiration, accountability or simply a dedicated space to explore what wants to come through you** , I'd love to welcome you.\n\nCome as you are.\n\nBring your questions, your unfinished ideas, your curiosity, your mess.\n\nLet's see what wants to grow in the dark. 🍂✨\n\n**With love,** \n**Zuma x**",
