"description": "**What if the challenge you're facing belongs to a story larger than your own?**\n\n**A Family Constellations workshop exploring the hidden family patterns that shape our lives.**\n\nMany of the struggles we experience in life can seem deeply personal. Yet some of what we carry may not have begun with us. Family Constellations invites us to explore how our lives may be shaped by the wider family system and the stories, losses and loyalties that live within it.\n\nFamily Constellations offers a systemic perspective on the challenges we face. It invites us to explore how our lives may be influenced by unconscious loyalties, unresolved losses, exclusions and experiences that have been carried through previous generations. When these hidden dynamics are brought into awareness, new understanding, movement and healing can become possible.\n\nThis experiential workshop provides a safe and supportive space to slow down, deepen our listening and explore what may be asking for attention in our lives. Through the Family Constellations process, we work with the wisdom of the group and the intelligence of the wider family system to reveal patterns that are often beyond the reach of ordinary conversation or analysis.\n\nAlongside the constellations work, we will cultivate embodied presence through simple grounding, movement and awareness practices. Developing a deeper connection with the body can support us to listen beyond the thinking mind, access our intuition and become more attuned to what is emerging within ourselves and the wider system.\n\nWhether you come with a specific issue, an illness, a life transition or simply a curiosity about yourself and your family system, the workshop offers an opportunity for insight, connection and transformation.\n\n**Who is this for?**\n\nThis workshop may be helpful if you are experiencing:\n\n• Recurring patterns in relationships, work or life that do not seem to change despite your efforts\n\n• Relationship difficulties or ongoing conflict with partners, family members, friends or colleagues\n\n• Challenges in family dynamics, parenting or intimate relationships\n\n• Anxiety, depression, grief or other emotional struggles\n\n• A sense of feeling stuck, blocked or unable to move forward\n\n• Chronic illness, health challenges or symptoms that feel connected to deeper emotional or family themes\n\n• Difficulties around work, purpose, visibility, success or financial flow\n\n• Experiences of loss, separation, trauma or significant life transitions\n\n• Questions around belonging, identity or finding your place in the world\n\n• A desire for deeper self-understanding, healing and personal growth\n\nYou are also welcome if you are simply curious about Family Constellations and wish to experience the work in a supportive group setting.\n\nNo previous experience is necessary.\n\n**What to expect**\n\n**Introduction to Family Constellations**\n\nWe will begin with an introduction to the principles of Family Constellations, exploring how family systems can shape our lives and how hidden dynamics may be revealed through this work.\n\n**Embodied listening and nervous system awareness**\n\nThrough grounding, movement and awareness practices, we will develop embodied presence and learn ways to regulate and support the nervous system. These practices help create the conditions for deeper listening and meaningful participation throughout the weekend.\n\n**Individual Family Constellations**\n\nA limited number of participants (approximately 4–5) will have the opportunity to bring a personal issue, illness or life challenge for a full constellation. The specific constellations will be chosen during the weekend according to what is emerging within the group.\n\n**The practice of representing**\n\nAll participants will have opportunities to take part as representatives in constellations. Representing is often a profound experience in itself, offering unexpected insights, personal learning and a deeper understanding of systemic dynamics. Many people find that what arises while representing resonates with aspects of their own lives and contributes to their own healing and growth.\n\n**Mini constellations and experiential exercises**\n\nThere will be opportunities to explore your own family system through paired, small group and individual exercises designed to deepen your understanding and experience of the work.\n\n**Held within a therapeutic and trauma aware environment**\n\nThe workshop is facilitated within a therapeutic and trauma aware environment that honours confidentiality, personal boundaries and individual choice. You are always invited to participate at a level that feels right for you. The intention is to create a space where exploration, insight and healing can unfold safely and with respect for each person's unique experience.\n\n**Is this workshop right for you?**\n\nFamily Constellations can be a powerful and emotionally engaging process. While the work is held within a therapeutic and trauma aware environment, it is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care or crisis support.\n\nThis workshop may not be suitable for individuals who are:\n\n• Currently experiencing psychosis or a psychotic episode\n\n• Experiencing severe mental health difficulties that are significantly affecting day to day functioning\n\n• In acute emotional or psychological crisis\n\n• Requiring immediate psychological or psychiatric support\n\n• Currently struggling with active substance dependency that may impact their ability to participate safely in a group process\n\n• Feeling unable to remain present and grounded within a group setting\n\nIf you are unsure whether this workshop is appropriate for your circumstances, please get in touch before booking. I would be happy to discuss your situation and help you determine whether this is the right support for you at this time.\n\nParticipation in the workshop is always by choice, and you are encouraged to engage at a pace that feels supportive and manageable for you.",
