"description": "# Rest. Receive. Reconnect.\n\n**Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) Guildford**\n\nWhat happens when you stop trying to fix yourself for a while?\n\nWhen you put your phone away, lie down, close your eyes, and simply allow yourself to be?\n\nThis KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) session is an invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and into a space of deep rest, presence and possibility.\n\nThere is nothing to learn, nothing to achieve, and no experience you need to have. You don't need to know how energy works, or even believe in it. Just come as you are.\n\n### What is KAP?\n\nKAP is a gentle, receptive practice based on the transmission of life force energy. As you relax with your eyes closed, music creates a supportive atmosphere while I move around the room, offering light touch where appropriate to support the energetic process.\n\nRather than trying to make something happen, KAP invites you to trust your body's own wisdom.\n\nEvery session is different because every person is different.\n\nSome people experience deep stillness or relaxation. Others notice emotion moving through them, spontaneous body movement, laughter, tears, inner visions, or a feeling of spaciousness and connection. Sometimes the experience is very subtle. Whatever arises, you're encouraged to meet it with curiosity rather than expectation.\n\n### A Space to Come Home to Yourself\n\nMany people are drawn to KAP because they long to slow down.\n\nTo feel more connected.\n\nTo quiet the constant thinking.\n\nTo reconnect with their intuition.\n\nTo spend time in a space where nothing is expected of them.\n\nWhether you're navigating change, feeling stuck, exploring your spiritual path, or simply curious about energy work, you're warmly welcome.\n\n### About Me\n\nI'm Phillippa Gail, a certified KAP Level 2 Facilitator trained by KAP founder Venant Wong.\n\nCreating spaces where people feel safe, seen and able to explore their own inner experience is at the heart of my work. My role isn't to tell you what your experience should be, but to hold a supportive environment where your own process can unfold naturally.\n\n_\"For me, KAP is one of the few practices where nothing is asked of you except your willingness to lie down, breathe, and be open to whatever your body and nervous system are ready for. It's a simple practice, but it can be deeply moving.\"_\n\n### Practical Information\n\n**Merrow Village Hall** \n177 Epsom Road \nGuildford GU1 2QY\n\nFree parking available.\n\nPlease bring:\n\nA yoga mat\n\nA blanket and cushion for comfort\n\nLoose, comfortable clothing\n\nWater\n\nIt's best to eat only a light meal beforehand.\n\n### A Note on Wellbeing\n\nKAP isn't suitable for everyone. It isn't recommended for people who are currently experiencing, or are prone to, mania, delusion or psychosis. If you have any questions about whether this practice is right for you, please feel free to get in touch before booking.\n\nIf this gathering resonates with you, I'd love to welcome you.\n\nCome exactly as you are, and allow yourself the space to rest, receive and reconnect.\n\nFor tickets, reviews and more information, visit Beyond Energy Events or contact me at [**phillippa@beyondenergy.events**](mailto:phillippa@beyondenergy.events).",
