"description": "_ **A 2-hour Breathwork & Energy Healing Journey** _ \n \n_Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space designed for deep reconnection._\n\n**Breath of Harmony** is a two-hour immersive experience combining **SOMA Breathwork** and **Intuitive Energy Healing** , created to bring you back into the wisdom of your body, heart and soul.\n\nThrough guided rhythmic breathing, meditation, and energetic work, this journey supports the nervous system to soften, the body to release what it has been holding, and the mind to settle into greater clarity and presence. \n\nThis is not about forcing transformation, but about supporting you to find the doorways already present. We want to empower you, as we believe there is no greater compass than the wisdom within. We create the conditions to facilitate the medicine, and assist in clearing paths so it can enter or activate, but it’s always you that guides it to where it's needed. You are not handing over your power, instead you are reclaiming it, and returning more intimately to the truth of who you are. \n\nBreath of Harmony is held monthly, creating a rhythm of gathering where those who feel called can return regularly to deepen their journey with themselves and their breath over time.\n\n**The Experience:**\n\n**1. Grounding & Arrival** \nYou’ll be welcomed into the space and invited to land together as a group. We will briefly explore the current energies, allow space for you to set an intention, and then gently settle the body for the journey ahead.\n\nThere is the opportunity to share within the circle if you feel called to, though sharing is always completely optional.\n\n**2. Guided Breathwork Journey** \nUsing **SOMA Breath techniques** , you will be guided through a deep, intentional, rhythmical breathing journey with carefully prepared ambient music designed to take you into an altered state of consciousness to work on a deeper layer with the subconscious mind. **Intuitive energy healing** will be given individually throughout, to support the energetic release and holding of what arises for you.\n\n**3. Integration** \nThe session closes with a period of gentle integration, to allow you to land back into the space. There will be another opportunity to share within the circle for those who feel called, and the chance to take a message from the central altar to carry with you beyond the space. \n \n\nNo previous Breathwork experience is needed, you’ll be guided throughout the journey. \n \n \n**What to Bring:** \n \nThis is a **fully floor-based experience**.\n\nYou will be lying down for the breathwork journey, so please come prepared to create a comfortable and supportive space for your body.\n\nOur intention is for you to feel warm, supported, and able to relax deeply throughout the session.\n\n- Yoga mat\n- Blanket/s\n- Cushion or pillow\n- Bottle of water\n- Optional: bolster for extra comfort\n- Optional: eye mask\n- Optional: journal/notepad\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and relax easily. \n \n \n**UPCOMING DATES:**\n\nThis is a monthly space held at Valley Park Community Centre, Chandlers Ford \nSaturdays, 3.30-5.30pm \n \n21st November \n \n\n**About the Facilitators:**\n\n**Kiera – @thewildrebirth**\n\nKiera is a **SOMA Breathwork Facilitator** and **Spinal Energetics Practitioner**. Using breath and body led guidance to help you step out of survival mechanisms and into safety within so you can reconnect you with the truth of who you are. \n\n**Charlie – @heartmedicine.withcharlie**\n\nCharlie is an **Intuitive Energy Healer, Tarot & Oracle Reader, Spiritual Mentor & Ritual Practitioner** whose work is rooted in deep personal transformation. Once your place has been booked, we’re unable to offer refunds if you can no longer attend.\n\n**Transferring your booking** \nIf you can no longer make the event you’ve booked, you’re welcome to request a transfer to the **next available event of the same type** , provided you give us at least **72 hours’ notice** before the event starts.\n\n- Transfers can only be made **once**.\n- Your booking can only be transferred to the **immediately following event/date**.\n- Transfer requests made with **less than 72 hours’ notice** cannot normally be accommodated, as it’s very difficult for us to refill your space at short notice.\n- If you don’t attend your booked event and haven’t contacted us within the required timeframe, your booking is considered forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future event.\n\n**Genuine emergencies** \nWe understand that sometimes completely unexpected things happen.
