"description": "The Magic of Dreaming\n\n_27-28 November 2026_\n\nHave you ever had the sense that something special, something extraordinary, is happening in your dreams? \n\nOr have you dreamed of things that have later come to pass in the waking world? \n\nOr been given inspiration or information in the dream state that has later proved helpful or just amazing? \n\nOr perhaps you’ve had dream meetings with others, either living or no longer living, that seem to have a particular significance?\n\nOn the other hand you might have experienced troubled dreams (who hasn’t!) that you would dearly love to find a means of resolving. \n\nOr you might simply wish to learn techniques for improving dream recall and honouring the nightly messages of the soul.\n\nIn this 1½- day interactive workshop we will explore dream incubation practises, different modes of working with dreams, and some of the myriad possibilities offered to our consciousness when we make a living connection between our deep inner processes and the magic of the external world. \n\nFacilitator: _Alex Heron is an experienced teacher and trainer. He has been studying dreaming and dreamwork since the early 1990's. He is qualified in psychology, educational training, counselling, shamanic counselling and Active Dreaming. He has trained extensively in groupwork, shamanism and Mesoamerican dreaming practices. His dreaming teachers include Merilyn Tunneshende, Jonathan Horwitz, Sergio Magana and Robert Moss. For the last 10 years Alex has offered and presented a series of one-day and weekend Dreamwork courses. _\n\n_Alex’s work background includes English teaching, both in UK schools and TEFL in Romania, and many years as a specialist advisory teacher for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in Bristol, UK. _\n\nLocation: _Bristol Theosophical Lodge, Tyndall’s Park Rd, BS8 1PY_\n\nDate/time: _Fri 27th Nov 7-9.30 pm Sat 28th Nov 9.30 – 5.00_\n\nCost _£70.00 (£52.00 concessions).
