"description": "Rest and Reset With Sarah ✨ \n\n\\*Extended time for deeper relaxation. \n\nJoin me for a **restorative evening** of **body therapy, meditation, and sound healing** in a gorgeous space in Frensham.\n\nWe begin with 30 minutes of grounding practices; **guided meditation, mantra, and nurturing somatic movements**. Inviting your nervous system to settle, helping you to create a sense of **inner peace and grounded presence.**\n\nWhen the body has had a chance to move and soften, it becomes more receptive to rest, making it easier to **relax into stillness.**\n\nFrom this grounded state, we move into relaxation & meditation using **soothing sounds** and **vibrations of Tibetan sound bowls, chimes & rain stick.**\n\nMany people leave feeling **lighter, clearer,** and **more connected to themselves.**\n\nBring anything that helps you feel cosy, warm and supported.\n\nAll levels welcome 💛\n\n“An amazing experience, lovely to let go and feel free, and totally relax - went on a lovely journey during the sound bath” Tracey, **Somatic Sound Bath participant**\n\n**Please bring** anything to keep you comfy and warm: mat, pillow, cushion, blanket, soaks. \n \n**Please contact** me if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or a pacemaker. \n\nPlease contact me if you do not receive a confirmation email sarahfranceslouise@gmail.com\n\n| | |",
