It’s a moment in the day just for you -  to breathe deep, rest, restore and replenish. Set within the peaceful surroundings of Chariclo Farmhouse, overlooking Loch Lomond, this intimate morning is an opportunity to feel **nourished, held and replenished**.\n\n**This gathering is for you if…**\n\nYou are a mother who is **one year or more postpartum,** and you would love some time and space that is simply for you.\n\nPerhaps you’re finding your way back to your body after the huge transition of becoming a mother. Perhaps your confidence has shifted, you’re craving connection with other women, or you feel ready for a morning of rest.\n\nYou don't need to achieve or fix anything. Just come as you are.\n\n### **What to Expect:**\n\n**Gentle movement & Yin yoga.**  \nSlow, restorative practices to help you soften and reconnect with your body.\n\n**Calming breath practices.**  \nSimple techniques to support relaxation and create a greater sense of calm and safety within.\n\n**Yoga Nidra.**  \nA deeply restful guided practice offering space to let go and simply be.\n\n**Restorative Gong Bath.**  \nLie back, get comfortable and allow the sounds and vibrations of the gong to support deep rest.\n\n**Sharing circle.**  \nA gentle, held space to share, listen and connect with other mothers - with no pressure to speak.\n\n**Teas, homemade cake & connection.**  \nWe’ll finish with around 30 minutes to enjoy tea, homemade cake and relaxed conversation with the other mothers.",
