"description": "A weekly yoga class, every Wednesday 6-7pm. \nIn the Hayloft, behind The Three Cups Inn, Malmesbury, SN16 0AH\n\nInspired by the rhythms of nature- the seasons, the lunar cycles and more, we flow through varying practices each week, cultivating strength and flexibility through breath and fluid movement. Classes are balanced with longer stretches and the all important rest (savasana) at the end, inspired by the flow of a traditional vinyasa sequence.\n\nAll are welcome- there are always options for everyone so even if you’re a beginner, you can still come along for a beautifully strong practice. \nHowever, if you would like to be in a class that is dedicated and designed for those who are newer to yoga, there is a 5pm Beginner's class, details are here: [https://dandelion.events/o/rooted/a/malmesburyyoga](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted/a/malmesburyyoga)\n\nYou have the option to just book weekly as a drop in or you can buy a pack of classes which is valid from the first class used and then you have the time as stated to use them. These timings are extended over class breaks e.g. Christmas.\n\nIf you have any questions, feel free to message me at rootedwithbethan@gmail.com \n\nI hope to flow with you soon, \nBethan xx\n\n🌿 **Rooted | Gatherings inspired by the rhythms of nature** 🌿\n\n[Browse all my events here](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted/events) (sound baths, yoga, drumming circles & more) \nInstagram & Facebook: [@rootedwithbethan](https://www.instagram.com/rootedwithbethan/) \nSubscribe to my mailing list [here](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted).\n\n**A bit more about me** \n \nBethan, a yoga, sound and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces to bring people together to ground and gather, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and those around us in a way that feels real, welcoming and supportive. \n\nShe came to yoga when she began to fall out of love with the general fitness world, and it has been a huge part of her journey with chronic pain, providing mobility and strength she otherwise may have never had. \n\nHer discovery of sound healing, and then especially when re-discovering the drum, felt like a real homecoming. Not gatekeeping music and sound to the performative world where you have to be “good at it”, instead opening this up for all of us to feel into its transformational power. Bethan believes sound has an unbelievable ability to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity.\n\nWhether a fluid flow, a restorative sound bath or an energising drumming circle, her offerings take deep inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, as Bethan believes that nature and our land has so much to show us. Hence why outside of these spaces you’ll usually find her in the water, way out in the countryside (likely lost) or drumming around the stones of Avebury!",
