"description": "# PsySoc Social NEWQUAY\n\nAn evening of real talk, new friends & wild tales\n\n**Tired of small talk? So are we.** \nCome drop the mask and dive into something a little more real.\n\nJoin us for a night of **Psychedelic Speed-Friending** , where curiosity, courage and connection take centre stage. We’ll gently guide you through playful ice-breakers and juicy conversation prompts designed to help you meet new people in meaningful ways. Think slow, soul-nourishing conversations rather than frantic networking. Expect short but impactful heart-to-hearts in pairs and trios. Plus plenty of time to flow freely with whoever you vibe with most.\n\nOnce the room’s warmed up and hearts are open, we shift into **Psychedelic Storytelling,** our beloved open mic session where _you_ get the chance to take the stage. Share your story, whether it’s strange, tender, funny, or downright mystical. There’s no need to be polished or profound, just honest. Stories are 5 minutes max, and you can sign up on the night.\n\n**A Beautiful Psychedelic Community: ** Get access to our wonderful community coalescing around all things fungi. Many people at our socials have become life-long friends. Most of our members come alone, this is a safe and welcoming space for everyone, no matter your age, sexuality, background, gender, ethnicity or nationality. Fungi know no boundaries, which is the ethos we bring to our socials. \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2025/02/26/17/12/10/ff8883a5-bf94-4de9-9b02-20bc10086351/Nature.png)\n\n# **VENUE**\n\n CSpace, 5-7 The Crescent, Newquay TR7 1DT, UK\n\n# **OUR TEAM**\n\n### Rosie Leeson\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/05/20/14/06/24/727cfc10-1d04-4065-8b5f-acda9876be9f/f982e70b-b0f6-4a4a-bf16-9bf49008290d.jpeg)\n\nAs a transformational coach, Rosie specialises in shadow work, dreamwork, tarot, magick, intuitive sound healing, and psychedelic integration. Holding an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology, Spirituality and Consciousness, her practice weaves together science and mysticism, guiding individuals toward wholeness by integrating unconscious aspects of the psyche and supporting them to confidently share their unique gifts with the world. Grounded in intuitive wisdom and psychological depth, her work facilitates transformative journeys of self-discovery and authentic expression.
