"description": "### A 3-day immersion for women ready to meet what’s unresolved, let go of the conditioning that has kept them small, and step into their power and their medicine.\n\n_“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” Carl G. Jung_\n\n \n\n### Why now?\n\nHumanity needs more women standing fully in their power, sharing their gifts. We need women who can model a different way of leading - one that has integrity, that supports life rather than depletes it.\n\nIf something in that lands, this is you.\n\n \n\n### Into the dark, for the light\n\nWe spend the first nine months of our lives in darkness. It’s where the seed gestates before it becomes anything at all. Darkness isn’t the opposite of growth - it’s often where growth begins.\n\nThe Dark Goddess – such as Kali, Cerridwyn, Persephone, Hecate, Hel, Medusa, Ereshkigal among her many faces - is the primordial feminine force of transformation. She can be blunt and she doesn’t do bypassing but everything she does, she does in service of the highest aspect of Love. Working with her is an initiation into the parts of yourself you’ve learned to avoid, and it’s precisely there that your power has been waiting.\n\n \n\n### This is for you if\n\n- You’ve been called to embody your gifts and share your medicine, but keep meeting resistance\n- You’re ready to go deeper into your own healing, and your healing gifts\n- You want to strengthen your relationship with the more-than-human and unseen world\n- You know you’re powerful and want to learn to wield that consciously - for your good, and the highest good of all\n- You’ve tried plenty of modalities, and something is still not shifting\n- Your vision feels blocked and you’re unsure how to fully step into your gifts\n- You’re missing a sisterhood you’ve known before, and it’s time to find your way back to it\n\n \n\n### What this retreat will help you remember\n\nWho you are, beneath the conditioning that shaped you: \n\n- The wisdom and healing gifts that, not so long ago, cost women their lives\n- Your power and your life force, so you have something real to offer the world.\n\nOver the years, I’ve watched this work bring about genuine, lasting change in the women who do it. On the land of Avalon, we will:\n\n- Reconnect you with your innate wisdom and gifts\n- Clear the blocks that have kept you from fully embodying your essence and power\n- Welcome and heal your masculine energy so it can unite with the feminine - giving your wisdom form, and letting you actually act on it.\n\n \n\n### What to expect\n\n- Ancestral and cultural healing\n- Deepening your relationship with Spirit (nature & animal spirits, ancestors, etc)\n- Greater trust in your inner knowing\n- Addressing and healing the witch wound\n- Moving beyond the fear of your own gifts\n- Shifting the persecution complex and imposter syndrome\n- Looking at outdated narratives that block your power and don’t serve nor honour you any longer\n- Shamanic journeying and elemental work\n- Time with Glastonbury’s sacred sites: Chalice Well, White Spring, the Abbey, the Tor - and with the land itself\n- A 1-hour integration call (Zoom), 10 days after you return home\n\n \n\n### What this retreat is not\n\n**Real, not performative.** This is not group therapy, and it is not spiritual entertainment.\n\n**Grounded, not escapist.** Everything here is meant to be practical and liveable once you’re back in daily life.\n\n**Work, not a tour.** This is not a sightseeing trip through Glastonbury’s sacred sites.\n\n \n\n### Before you sign up\n\nThis work will likely surface things you’ve avoided for good reason. Before you commit, make sure you have:\n\n- A support system in place for your return: a therapist, help with childcare, someone you trust to talk to, access to nature.\n- At least one full day to land when you get home, free of work and other commitments. Staying an extra day in Glastonbury can help.\n\n \n\n### Co-faciliator for the retreat\n\n_ **Julie Imbard - Breathwork Facilitator** _\n\nI didn’t come to this work out of curiosity. I came because something in me was stuck, and I needed to find out why. I’d done the therapy. Years of it. I understood what had happened to me. I could talk about it clearly, calmly even. But understanding wasn’t changing anything. My body was still bracing for something that had already ended. Breathwork was the first thing that reached past the story. Not by helping me make sense of it which was already done, on paper. It got me out of my head and into what I was actually carrying. That’s the shift I keep coming back to: from thinking about it to feeling it, and finally letting it move.\n\nAlchemy:Rewire is the method I use to bring people there. It’s breath-based work that goes straight for what’s held in the body: grief, fear, old patterns, things words never quite touch. For this retreat, I’ll be co-facilitating: holding the breath and nervous system side of things, so each of you has the space to go as deep as you need to.",
