"description": "A movement journey for womxn to explore eros and sensuality as natural expressions of our life-force. \n \n\n**FLOW** \nArrival: 18.10 - 18.25pm. \n\n_Due to the intimate nature of this container, late arrivals aren't permitted so please respect the arrival timings._\n\nWe begin with an opening circle and short introduction to these two currents.\n\nThen there'll be a 30 min warm up with light facilitation, leading us into a 90 minute free movement space following Gabriella Roth’s 5Rhythms map.\n\n We complete together with a closing circle. \n\n \n\n**BOUNDARIES**\n\nRemoving clothing - with the exception of lower underwear / knickers - is welcome and completely optional.\n\nIf you wish, bring along clothing to play with that connects you to your erotic and sensual expression. \n\nSelf touch - with the exception of genital stimulation - is welcome and completely optional. Essentially, you are free to run your hands over your body if you're moved to do so. \n\nThere will be no touch with others.\n\n \n\n**CARE**\n\nWhilst the intention of this event isn't to surface and process trauma, it’s possible that uncomfortable and difficult emotions could arise.\n\nThere will be two designated cushion areas in the room - one if you’d like a facilitator to come and support you, and another to be by yourself without interruption. \n\nIf you’re unsure if this event is a good match for you at this time, please contact one of the facilitators for a brief chat.\n\n \n\n**CULTURE**\n\nWe wish to co-create a celebratory space. No one else defines what feels or looks erotic or sensual other than ourselves. Here we can practice embodying our sovereignty around what is and is not erotic or sensual , acknowledging that this expression is skewed by centuries of patriarchal conditioning! \n\nWe invite everyone to notice common tendencies when they arise; expectations, comparison, judgements - both of others and ourselves. \n\nThere is nothing to perform! The invitation is to keep returning to the subtle or not so subtle impulses that feel organic and right from the inside, celebrating that regardless of how it does or does not look.\n\n \n\n**FACILITATORS**\n\n**Judit Juhasz** is a certified 5Rhythms Teacher and trainee of Gestalt therapy. She is passionate about dancing and shaping her inner world through movement.\n\n**Katy Molloy** is a certified practitioner of Internal Family Systems, Shamanic healing and Psychosexual Somatic Therapy. A big part of her journey has included working therapeutically and somatically to access more of the life force available to us.\n\nIf you have any questions, please contact….",
