"description": "Next Contact Improv jam in Lewes in on Sunday 25th October with \n\nSonia Ter Hovanessian & Nicola Lionello performing. \n \n(Sacred Devotional Duet)\n\nLooking forward to welcoming you x\n\nMarc & Shaz\n\n@Cliffe Hall, Lewes\n\n£ 12 or £ 15 (pay which you want) \n\n“The soft, welcoming, inclusive, loving intent energy of you both, Marc & Shaz, that sets a container of deeply held capacity, for us all to find and fill our space in, both individually and collectively. It’s rich and nourishing, the focus on seasonal change was such a perfect lens for that.\n\nI would go out of my way to recommend it to anyone I know, who shows an interest in the practice, as I’m sure some jams could seem technically intimidating to the uninitiated. What you’ve created is quite the opposite.”",
