"description": "**MEN’S CIRCLE** \n**Lone Fought Battles**\n\n_ **What is the battle you are fighting that no one knows about?** _\n\nThere are battles we fight that nobody sees, the ones that don't leave a mark on the outside.\n\n_ **The fear you haven't told anyone about.** _ \n_ **The decision you keep turning over in your head.** _ \n_ **The relationship you're struggling to understand.** _ \n_ **The loss you're still carrying.** _ \n_ **The habit you can't seem to break.** _ \n_ **The pressure you feel to hold everything together.** _ \n_ **The part of yourself you're quietly questioning.** _\n\n**You go to work.** \n**You show up for people.** \n**You get on with things.**\n\nAnd yet, somewhere beneath all of that, there may be a battle taking place. One that you have become very good at fighting alone.\n\nMaybe because you don't want to burden anyone. \nPerhaps because you don't know how to talk about it. \nOr because you learned that being a man meant handling things yourself. \nOr perhaps you've simply forgotten what it feels like to let someone stand beside you when things are difficult.\n\n_ **So you keep it to yourself. ** _You think about it. You manage it. You distract yourself from it. You tell yourself you'll deal with it when things calm down.\n\n**But some battles don't disappear because we become better at carrying them.**\n\nSometimes the battles no one knows about ask us to stop. To turn towards them. To acknowledge what is actually happening. And, most importantly, **to let ourselves be witnessed.**\n\nThis men's circle is an invitation to bring one of those **lone-fought battles** into the room.\n\n**We'll explore:**\n\n- What battle you are currently carrying\n- Why you have been fighting it alone\n- What happens when we keep difficult things to ourselves\n- The stories we carry about strength, weakness and asking for help\n- What it means to be witnessed without being fixed\n- The difference between vulnerability and weakness\n- What support actually looks like\n- Where you might be holding tension, resistance or emotion in the body\n- What you need from yourself — and perhaps from others\n- And what might change when you allow someone else to stand beside you\n\n**Through embodiment, reflection, honest conversation and creativity, we'll explore the experience of carrying something alone, and what it feels like if we don't have to.**\n\n_We'll say:_\n\n**\"This is what I'm dealing with.\"** \n**\"This is what I've been carrying.\"** \n**\"This is the part I haven't told anyone.\"**\n\n**This circle is for you if there is something in your life that you've been navigating quietly.**\n\nThis is a confidential, supportive space for men to show up honestly, listen deeply, and discover what happens when something that has been carried alone is finally shared.\n\n_ **Come as you are.** _ \n_ **Bring what you're carrying.** _ \n_ **Bring the battle.** _ \n_ **Bring the uncertainty.** _\n\n**You may have been fighting it alone, but you don't have to meet it alone.**\n\n**We'll sit with it together.**\n\nAn evening of embodiment, reflection, creativity, honest conversation, presence and connection. \n \n\n### About your Facilitator Jozef Popjak\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/08/12/16/43/55/eb743f64-1cd3-4686-9a8c-4446d3b01104/Jozef Popjak, Coach.jpg)\n\nJozef is a trained architect and offers coaching to [create your own universe](https://createyourownuniverse.my.canva.site/), bridging design with human potential and transformation though coaching, facilitation and men's work. He trained with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), FLOW Coaching Institute, and PQ Coaching. He now partners with individuals and teams, facilitating learning, transitions, and growth, helping people and organisations thrive from the inside out. \n\nHis work is rooted in a calm presence, shaped by years of mindfulness, meditation, and embodiment practices. Guided by natural curiosity and a passion for art and innovation, he recognises and works with the intricate structures and patterns that influence our spaces, minds, and lives.\n\n### Testimonials\n\n\"_ **The Men's Circle on People Pleasing was so helpful for me, especially the embodied practices we did during the session.** _ I've already booked to attend Jozef's next Men's Circle (on the topic of \"Healthy Boundaries\"), and _ **I would highly recommend his sessions** _.\" \n- Anonymous\n\n“Huge thanks to Jozef (amazing facilitator!) and all the lovely chaps willing to share this space. _ **Refreshing and inspiring to see so many fellow guys attempting to deal with life’s challenges with wisdom and compassion, and awareness. Super respectful group.** _ Definitely want to come back for the next topic. ” \n- Alex\n\n\"_ **An honest and open circle profoundly held** _ and guided by Jozef\" \n- Rupert\n\n\"I really appreciated Jozef's facilitation of the circle, creating _ **a space where men felt safe to share vulnerably. I'm so glad I went** _, and I left feeling more empowered with new tools that I can put into practice in my everyday life.\" \n- Anonymous\n\n\"_ **A very comfortable setting to discuss emotions with men.** _ Very peculiar too, I must add, for those of us who are not used to talking about these things among men with no women around, but peculiar in the best possible way. Looking forward to the next one!\" \n- Anonymous\n\n“_ **Jozef's warm and openhearted coaching approach opened up the space for the deep discovery and explorations** _ within myself that ultimately lead to my self-acceptance, self-love and actions to move forward with my life.” \n- Daniela\n\n\"I have worked with Jozef for two years. He is one of the most creative people I know, and he helped me to discover new resources to help solve my problems. _ **He is understanding the process of transformation and how to make my life transition unique, personal, and powerful**._ He seamlessly integrates the nuanced perspective of a visual artist and architect to empower holistic solutions for people.” \n- GK\n\n“Jozef is a unique coach. He has that _ **rare mix of solid wisdom and rare intuition**._ He did navigate me through a ‘stuck’ place towards the destination. He didn’t tell me what to think or do, but _ **he was the perfect journey companion on the road less travelled.”** _ \n- GP",
