"description": "🌙 **Mother & Daughter Women's Circle**\n\nA sacred space for mothers and daughters to slow down, connect deeply, and celebrate the beautiful — and sometimes complicated — journey of growing together. 🤍\n\nGrowing up & being a mother can feel tricky sometimes.\n\n There are seasons of change, misunderstandings, big feelings, growing independence and moments when finding your way back to one another can feel difficult.\n\n \n\nThis circle is an invitation for you to pause amongst all of that.\n\nTo put the outside world down for a little while and simply be together.\n\nThrough gentle meditation & embodiment practices, journalling, reflection and guided conversation, we'll create space to explore:\n\n✨ Connection and communication \n✨ Self-worth, confidence & body acceptance \n✨ The pressures young women experience from society and the world around them \n✨ Relationships, boundaries & navigating peer pressure \n✨ Growing into who you are \n✨ Honest and open conversations between mothers and daughters \n✨ Listening, understanding and seeing each other in a new way.\n\nThere is no expectation to have the perfect relationship.\n\nNo pressure to share anything you're not comfortable sharing.\n\nAnd no need to have all the answers.\n\nBecause sometimes the greatest gift we can give our daughters isn't having all the answers — it's creating a relationship where they know they can come to us with anything. 🤍\n\nThis is a space to listen without judgement, speak with honesty, laugh, reflect, and perhaps discover something new about one another.\n\nA chance to step away from everyday life and simply spend some intentional time together.\n\n🌸 Come as you are.\n\nWhether you're incredibly close, navigating a tricky season, or simply want to deepen the bond you already share, you're welcome here. \nMother & Daughter. \nTwo women. \nOne beautiful, ever-changing relationship. \nCome and nurture it together. 🤍 \nFor daughters aged 12+ and their mothers.\n\n🗓 Sunday 25th October | 5:00pm–6:30pm \n📍Monk Seaton Community Centre, Billingham,TS22 5JN\n\n£20 per mother & daughter pair…. \n£8 for each additional daughter.\n\n \n\n **Cancellation Policy**\n\nI completely understand that sometimes plans change.
