"description": "As we approach the end of the year, this month’s journey invites us to slow down, turn inward and ask for **guidance**.\n\nI will guide you into a shamanic journey with the intention of encountering a helping guide or symbolic presence that represents wisdom and support for you.\n\nYou may choose to carry a question into your journey:\n\n**“What do I need to understand at this point in my life?”**\n\nWe will open our sacred space together and journey through the sounds of **drum, voice, guitar and other instruments**.\n\nThen those who have brought their own drums will be invited to join the rhythm and continue their personal journey.\n\n🥁 No drum? No problem. Simply sit with the beat, meditate and receive.\n\nWe will finish with time for reflection, sharing and closing the space together.\n\nA beautiful opportunity to turn inward before we move towards a new year. 🤎",
