"description": "**Tantric Sisterhood | A Women's-Only Full-Day Tantra Workshop** \n**15th November @ 11am - 8.30pm** \n \n_ **For curious, deep, embodied women ready for next level connection.** _ \n \n**If you have been longing to explore tantric sensuality in a women-only container, and experience sisterhood that goes beyond the surface, then this space was made for you.** \n \n**Together we will drop the masks, open our hearts, and ride the tantric wave towards creating deeper connection through intention, curiosity, and juicy embodiment.** \n \n**Dear beautiful sister,** \n \nI warmly welcome you to join this full-day women's only Tantric Sisterhood workshop. **This workshop is 2 hours longer** than the last event we ran in September, and we will invite a bit more polarity practice and playfulness into the space. \n \n**All orientations are welcome** _**(bi-curious, bi, gay, straight).**_ **Note that this workshop will involve physical touch, curious and sensual exploration, and polarity practice with other women. Make sure you are comfortable with this before booking.** \\ ***There will be no nudity or explicit touch in this workshop. ** \n \n\\*Due to the nature of topics and exploration, this event is most suitable for **cis-women**. Reach out to me directly for any clarification or questions on this. \n \n**• This is for you if:**\n\n- You are longing for deep sisterhood, community, and connection with other women.\n- You are comfortable with exploring gentle touch, deep conversations, and vulnerability with other women.\n- You want to explore Tantra & sensuality in a loving, grounded, women-only container.\n- You are ready to open your heart, honestly meet yourself as you are, and own your experience.\n- You are ready to integrate parts of yourself you may have rejected in the past, and come home to your fullness.\n- You are ready to both give and receive (emotionally, spiritually, physically).\n- You are ready to embrace more play, fun, and “not taking life so seriously”.\n- You want to deepen your spiritual practice. \n \n- **What is (Neo) Tantra? ** \n \n**Tantra is an ancient spiritual practice that originated in India** thousands of years ago. Over time, **the West adapted this practice into something often referred to as “neo tantra”,** which is its own interpretation of Tantric practice, that has many different flavours and branches, but generally focuses more on **relationships, connection, sensuality, and eros** _(neo-tantra is what most Western tantric practitioners teach, including me). _ \n \nTantric practice is about accessing deeper love, devotion, vulnerability, intimacy, and becoming fully present. ** We can't practice Tantra without opening our hearts. ** Getting vulnerable and letting each other in is the only way we can truly experience the fullness of what tantric connection has to offer. \n \n**Tantra honours, celebrates, and makes room for the full-spectrum human experience,** in order for us to **fully integrate** the true nature of who we are. **This includes our sensuality, shame, shadow / darkness, joy, light, and everything in-between.** \n \nWe **embrace, embody, and balance the polarity between light and dark, the masculine and feminine (Shiva/Shakti, Yin/Yang),** and **meet life with more** **love, presence, compassion and honesty.** Instead of spiritually bypassing or rejecting the shadow aspects of ourselves, Tantra helps us find deeper self-acceptance and a more honest relationship with ourselves by facing, loving, and ultimately integrating these parts of ourselves. \n \n- **Important pillars of Tantric practice.** \n \n**Ritual / Ceremony.** Ceremony and ritual are the very structure that makes surrender and deeper levels of tantric connection possible. We humbly ask something bigger than us for guidance and support, which helps us “unhook” from our individualistic ideas that _“we have to do everything on our own”_. **Through devotion practice, prayer and intention, we open up a bigger field of possibility,** and build a container strong enough to hold whatever wants to move through us. We trust that what unfolds within it is meant for us, regardless of what it brings. \n \n**Non-duality.** Part of this practice is **exploring the interconnectedness of consciousness / everything.** From this understanding, we can begin to **dissolve the illusion that we are separate from one another,** open our hearts and minds deeper, expand our compassion and awareness, and let go of the attachments to our identity and ego that creates deep suffering by keeping us separate from others. \n \n**Presence.** Tantra is what happens when there is **no goal to achieve.** When we let go of expectation and instead invite a slower pace, deeper presence, and a heart-based flow of connection, **a field of expansion opens up that allows for new dimensions of pleasure, exploration, and curiosity to take place. ** \n \n**The growth edge.** Tantra invites you to gently stretch yourself by exploring the opportunities that lie just outside of your comfort zone. Real transformation lives in the “edge”, the uncharted territory, not in what is familiar or safe **. This workshop will invite you to try new things to unlock deeper self-discovery. ** \n \n**In my Tantric workshops, I honour you:** your realness, your boundaries, your being-ness, your fullness. You can say no to any exercise at any time. **Come as you are - the realer, the better.** \n \n- ** Personal readiness:** \n \n**A foundation in personal development, spiritual growth and/or meditation is important,** as sometimes challenging emotions can arise in these spaces. As mentioned above, **Tantra embraces the full spectrum of human experience, even the uncomfortable parts** , so being able to be with these emotions matters. \n \n**It's important to note that this is Tantra, not Therapy. ** This workshop is not suitable for those with unresolved trauma that needs attention, or for those that are not ready to challenge/explore beliefs around gender, sensuality and spirituality. \n \n- **The Workshop** \n \n**The workshop is split into two parts:** \n \n**The Morning (Part 1) - is a clothed space** where we explore gentle but very powerful tantric connection exercises. First, we gently arrive in the space and familiarise ourselves with each other, through meditation, sharing circles, a cacao ceremony, vulnerability practice, and moving through some partnered and solo exercises. These exercises include gentle touch and emotional connection practices, such as eye-gazing, hugging, stroking, cuddling, polarity practice, etc. \n \n**The Afternoon (Part 2) - is a semi-clothed space,** meaning you are invited to dress down into something a little bit more… Uncomfortable (😉), as we continue exploring tantric exercises exploring our **sensuality, bodies, and deeper connection with ourselves and others. ** Please bring a change of clothes with you for this part - whatever makes you feel most juicy, sensual, and brings out your inner seductress. We will end the day with a closing circle. \n \n**All touch is optional, consensual, and clearly guided.** \n \n**\\*Lunch will NOT be provided -** please bring your own lunch, or there are many cafes/shops nearby. \n \n** Cacao will be provided -** this will be made with **almond milk.** \n(Please let me know your dietary restrictions/allergies when booking). \n \n- **Here is an idea of what we will move through together:** \n \n**- Opening ceremony** **& ritual** \n**- Guided meditations** \n**- Ceremonial cacao ceremony** \n**- Tantric connection practices ** \n**- Curious, heart-led touch** \n**- Sharing circles** \n**- Heart-opening practices** \n**- Buddhist non-duality practice** \n**- Kundalini exploration / activation** \n**- Sensual movement & embodiment ** \n**- Archetype expression** \n**- Release shame / embrace pleasure** \n**- Playfulness: creative, sensual/spicy group exercise** \n**- Meaningful, healing reflections and conversations** \n**- Ask & receive acts of service from other women** \n**- Closing circle** \n \n- **A note on consent & safety:** \n \nAll practices are optional. You are always free to participate fully, observe, or step outside to tend to yourself. **An intake form will be sent to all attendees.** _ **No form = no entry.** _ \n \n- **What to bring:** \n \n- Wear clothes that are comfortable for movement, but that also make you feel alive, juicy, and connected to your body! \n- Bring spare “spicy” clothing and make-up for **Part 2** _(for example: lingerie, corsets, suspenders)._ Please bring some extra if you have, in case a sister needs to borrow! \n- Water bottle \n- Journal & pen \n- Light snack(s) for before/after lunch \n- An altar offering _(optional) _ \n_-_ An open, curious heart! \n \n- ** My Tantric Principles** \n \nAfter 12 years of deep immersion in Tantra, Buddhist meditation, and Shamanic practices, I have held space for a rich spectrum of human experience - from deep shadow, suffering and pain, to blissful expansion, juicy sensuality, and powerful heart awakenings. I make room for all of it. Because **this is what I have learned to be true:** \n \n- **We need to get vulnerable in order to go deep.** \nDropping our masks, being seen in, and getting “real” with how we feel, with what we are facing, is what opens our hearts. Growth only begins where honesty does, and first, we need to get very honest with ourselves, and practice letting people in. \n \n- **We can't grow unless we dare to “stretch” ourselves.** \nReal transformation lives in the “edge” and the uncharted territory, not in what is familiar or safe. This workshop will invite you to explore the opportunities that lie just outside of your comfort zone. \n \n- **We must surrender to something bigger than us.** \nCeremony and ritual are not decoration, they are the very structure that makes surrender possible. Through devotion, prayer and sacred practice, we build a container strong enough to hold whatever wants to move through us. And we trust that what unfolds within it is meant for us, regardless of what it brings. \n \n- **Deep, conscious connection is only possible when we become courageous enough to stop hiding.** \nUntil we stop playing games, drop our masks and dare to be fully seen - in our rawness, our \"flaws,\" our vulnerability. The human experience is far more shared than we tend to think: the insecurity you're hiding is most likely sitting in 99% of the room with you. When you bring it into the light, you give everyone else permission to do the same. \n \n- **Real growth and community can only happen when we are able to lovingly witness, lovingly embrace, honestly mirror, and lovingly** _ **challenge** _ **each other.** \nAll four are equally as important, not just the parts that feel good. \n \n- **Sacred, blissful, divine (in other words:** _ **mind-blowing** _**) unity, love, connection and intimacy is very possible.** \nThis comes from first finally _allowing ourselves to be who we already are,_ not changing who we are. It asks for our vulnerability, courage, love, and deep commitment - to ourselves, our practice, our partners, and our community. \n \n- **Return policy:** \n14-day return policy. No refunds after this. \n \n- **About your facilitator:** \n \nEllinor Madeland is a Swedish-born, London-based facilitator specialising in Tantra, meditation, and conscious connection. With over 11 years of immersive experience with Tantra (across different communities and expressions), she brings both hard-won wisdom and genuine warmth to the events she holds. \n \nHaving encountered both the profound gifts and the real dangers that can exist within tantric communities, she offers a unique perspective that is honest, grounded and deeply considered. Her workshops are welcoming enough for beginners, and rich enough for seasoned practitioners wanting to go deeper on their path. \n \nAlongside Tantra, Ellinor has spent the last decade exploring Buddhist meditation, yoga, shamanic traditions and ceremonial work. The result is a practice that honours both ancient wisdom and modern practices, in a way that feels alive and accessible today. She is known for facilitating spaces where people feel genuinely held, and where real, lasting transformation becomes possible. \n \n**• Testimonials from previous workshops:** \n \n**Ella** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n_**Tantric Sisterhood Workshop (2026)**_ \n“You will feel wholeheartedly seen, heard, held, empowered, and contained by Ellie and the wonderful group of women who attend. I loved the spread of activities Ellie created. She nurtured and created such a safe container throughout the day, she paced it well and by the end we all really felt like sisters. Ellie, thank you for being such a gentle, safe and EXCITING introduction to tantra for me. I am mesmerised by you and how you held us. It left me wanting more and it left me feeling safe and loved by my sisters. Thank you for holding this space. I will be back.” \n \n**Natalie** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n_**Tantric Sisterhood Workshop (2026)**_ \n“Ellinor radiates a magnetic light that is honestly addictive. She has an incredible ability to create a space where you feel safe enough to be vulnerable, playful, sensual, emotional and completely yourself. Her guidance felt effortless, while still giving us the freedom to explore our own creativity and boundaries. One of the most rewarding parts was watching women arrive with their own fears and insecurities and gradually become more confident, expressive and powerful through self-acceptance and sisterhood. I smiled, I cried, I danced and I felt so fucking proud of every woman who shared that experience with me.I came away with a deeper understanding of myself, but also a deeper appreciation for the women around me. I made genuine new connections that I’m incredibly grateful for, and I left feeling more open, more connected and more accepting of myself.\" \n \n**Eleana -** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n_**Tantric Sisterhood Workshop (2026)**_ \n“Ellinor held the space with such grace, love and genuine care. I initially felt a little anxious coming into the workshop, but from the moment she guided us through the grounding practice, I immediately began to soften and feel safe. Her energy is also magnetic af! And you can genuinely feel how much love and intention she pours into the spaces she creates. She is made for this kind of work. Every exercise she guided us through felt so thoughtfully chosen, creative and incredibly heart-opening. There was such a beautiful balance of depth, connection, playfulness and embodiment, and I felt completely safe to let go and immerse myself in the experience. If you’re considering attending one of Elinor’s workshops, do it. You won’t regret spending your Sunday in a space like this. I would absolutely come to another one of her events. It was such a beautiful experience, and one I’ll genuinely remember.” \n \n**Carla -** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n_**Tantric Sisterhood Workshop (2026)**_ \n“I really enjoyed the workshop!! Ellinor is organised, competent, warm, knows how to make people feel comfortable & safe. She creates a special experience. The group was so nice, people engaged, pushed their boundaries, we laughed, cried, played, connected and it was great!! Amazing energy!! THANK YOU ALL!! 💜 P.S. Nice venue also.” \n \n**Isobel** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n_**Tantric Sisterhood Workshop (2026)**_ \n“Thank you Ellie for a beautiful day that fostered a feeling of sensual womanhood and created a safe space for women to embody their feminine energy and appreciate other women. I left feeling valued and seen and content.” \n \n**Pauline - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** \n_**Women's Tantra Workshop - Sisterhood, Tantra & Cacao (2026)**_ \n\"Ellie is one of the most warm and nurturing souls I’ve ever encountered. Every time I attend one of her workshops (and I now try to make it to all of them), I leave feeling deeply held and grounded, as if embraced by Mother Earth herself! Her ability to hold space for each participant is truly exceptional - she facilitates with such grace, presence, and care, and it’s clear that every detail is thoughtfully prepared. Ellie creates an environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and gently invited to explore at their own pace, always with deep respect for personal boundaries. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!\" \n \n**Jess - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** \n_**Women's Tantra Workshop: Sisterhood, Tantra & Cacao (2026)**_ \n\"This is the first female-only tantra workshop I’ve been to – I cannot speak highly enough the way that Ellinor created the space for us. I entered the day feeling nervous (and giddy) and I left feeling grounded, sensual, and connected to the other women I shared the afternoon with. My intention for the space was to remain present – and what I noticed along the way was joy, connection with sisterhood, power, and pleasure in worship. I’m planning on attending her future events this summer\" \n \n**Kate - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** \n_**Women's Tantra Workshop - Sisterhood, Tantra & Cacao (2026)**_ \n\"The tantric sisterhood circle was such a gorgeous and restful space. There were a mix of people who were new to tantra and those who have been practicing for many years. It felt incredibly safe and supportive; this was due to Ellinor's excellent stewardship and clarity over her intentions for the space, the exercises she chose, and the respect and gentle nature of the women who attended. With every tantric exercise Ellinor made sure it was clear that we were completely free to be actively involved or simply observational depending on our current comfort level. During the sharing I genuinely felt a shared deep peace and acknowledgement with my fellow sisters, it truly was a sacred space. Thank you to all my circle sisters and to Ellinor, so much love and gratitude for each of you. x\" \n \n**Palaash - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** \n_**Women's Tantra Workshop: Sisterhood, Tantra & Cacao (2026)**_ \n“Ellinor holds space with a rare combination of warmth and quiet confidence that instantly puts you at ease. There's a beautiful balance in how she guides, gentle enough to feel safe, yet nudging enough that you actually move. Her trust in herself is palpable, and somehow that becomes permission for you to trust yourself too. The program she puts together is thoughtfully sequenced . You feel yourself easing open rather than being pushed, which in these kinds of spaces makes all the difference. The dancing exercise was a particular highlight: a live, embodied way to notice where tension lives, where you hide, and where you don't. That kind of real-time self-discovery is hard to create, and she does it effortlessly. The cacao was a beautiful touch, and the women she gathered created a genuinely safe container. I came exactly as I was, and that was more than enough. If you're curious about tantra and want to explore it in a grounded, feminine, and deeply held space, I couldn't recommend Ellinor more highly.\" \n \n**Sarah - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** \n_**Women's Tantra Workshop - Sisterhood, Tantra & Cacao (2026)**_ \n“I felt comfortable, witnessed and present. Something shifted, now two days later and I can’t put it into words yet but it’s positive, light, encouraging & beautiful. I feel open & safe. Thank you Ellinor for such a special afternoon 💛” \n \n**Andrea - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** \n_**Depths of Tantra Workshop (2026)**_ \n“The workshop was fantastic and Ellinor was amazing in facilitating. I've been to a few Tantra events and this was by far the best. I loved how Ellinor managed to meet the needs of both couples and individual participants and create a wonderful experience for all. Thank you!” \n \n**Anon - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** \n_**Tantra Taster Workshop (2026).**_ \n“I attended Ellinor’s tantra workshop and found it to be a truly beautiful experience. She has a warm, grounded presence and a way of explaining things that feels both clear and deeply felt. I left feeling more connected, open and inspired. I’d wholeheartedly recommend her work to anyone curious about exploring this path.” \n \n**Harvinder - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** \n_**Tantra Taster Workshop (2026).**_ \n“Ellinor a vibrant soul she is, has put on an amazing tantra workshop, it was so positive and loving! I felt open and welcome and would heartily recommend this to everyone!\" \n \n**Jack -** **⭐⭐⭐⭐** \n_**Tantra Taster Workshop (2026).**_ \n“I had a wonderful time at the Tantra taster day. The space felt safe and supportive, and challenging in the right way - engaging our courage to connect to ourselves and others in joyful and expressive ways. Ellinor facilitated with care, generosity and authentic interest in her subject. Exercises were thoughtful, clearly communicated and effective. The dynamics were held mindfully. I fully recommend Ellinor’s tantra events with confidence to future attendees.” \n \n**Ryeca - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** \n_**Tantra Taster Workshop (2026).**_ \n“Elinor was an open, loving human who brought that same energy into the space”. \n \n**Kate** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n_**Taste of Tantra (2025)**_ \n“Ellinor is a really fantastic guide through the first layers of the topic of tantra. The container that she creates is a really beautiful and safe space where I met different souls all looking to connect for different reasons – all are accepted and welcome, with absolutely zero prejudice or expectation. She guides you to a place of exploration and deep mutual trust. I had a truly wonderful experience with her.“ \n \n**Nim** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n_**Taste of Tantra (2025)**_ \n“It was a great experience. Such an experience allows someone to drop deep into themselves and forget what is going in their lives and in the outside world. The breath work was euphorically fulfilling.” \n \n**Pernille** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n“What a profound journey. Thank you for bringing us into such a deep space. I had so many visions. I went deeper and higher than I’ve been all at once. It was so profound, a really good experience. Thank you for offering it. You were so present that I felt fully immersed.” \n \n**Hendrik** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n“Thank you for doing this. This was one of the most powerful meditations and inner journeys I think I’ve ever had sober. There was so much in it. It’s crazy how much wisdom you gave me in this one hour. Thank you. This was beautiful.” \n \n**M ** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n“This was a profound experience. World-blowing. Your truth felt honest and strong. The space was set in a limitless way, the way you fell into it. I had my own crazy experience sitting here. So thank you for that. You carried and held us in such a respectable manner.” \n \n**Bethany** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n“The ceremony was a beautiful opportunity to connect to myself, to ground into my body and to explore my emotions. I left feeling softer and more open.” \n \n**Malin** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n“I loved how you held the space. There were times where I was like “how does she know what to say?”. It was such a flow. I haven’t gone that deep that quick in a long time. I really enjoyed it, and I got to another level of what I already know, where I’m already going. A very important workshop. Thank you.” \n \n**P -** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ \n“Ellinor has a beautiful, open and generous energy. Her heart opening cacao ceremony was carefully curated and every detail had been considered. The ceremonial cacao was delicious and I immediately felt my heart open and I dropped into my body which primed me wonderfully for the rest of the ceremony. The soul retrieval meditation was very powerful and Ellinor really guided us through that step by step. It was such an amazing, safe space and it was so easy to share afterwards. She even baked the most amazing apple crumble!” \n \nPlease reach out to me directly with any questions.\n\n**With all my love,** \nEllinor Madeland \nellinor.madeland@gmail.com",
