"description": "## Walking, Speed-friending, Nature Connection, Meditation and Community with The Psychedelic Society \n\n#### We encourage people to join solo! (but if you have friends - bring them too!) \n\n# About\n\nA gentle, mindful walk through ancient trees and open landscapes, offering the perfect chance to reconnect - with yourself, with others, and with the natural world. \n\nGentle connection and speed-friending will be facilitated during the walk so you have an opportunity to meet new people. \n\nAlong the way, we’ll pause for a small guided meditation to connect with our environment, giving us time to reflect, share, and simply be. In a world that moves fast, spending time in nature is the medicine we often need—to ground, recharge, and gain clarity. \n\nWalking together creates a space for conscious connection, where conversations flow naturally, and we can support and inspire each other. Come as you are—solo, with friends, or to meet new ones. This is a space for everyone, whether you're looking for movement, meaningful connection, or simply a breath of fresh air. \n\nPlease wear sensible foot attire, it gets muddy depending on the weather and we wont be walking on paths the entire time. You are welcome to bring a flask of tea or something, but we will also walk past a kiosk so you can purchase something too.\n\n# Location\n\nHampstead Heath \n\nExact Location📍 Via email on confirmation of ticket sale \n\n# Your Facilitator \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/04/06/10/44/33/65189f18-ee08-4d2e-a548-a13433c02287/3a2705d6-cd7d-423c-9e39-77e6433bbbd4.jpeg)\n\nKate is an event coordinator at the Psychedelic Society. Her research background spans clinical sleep studies, altered states of consciousness, and personalised gene therapies. She currently works applying neuroscience to the arts at the neuroaesthetics lab, Kinda Studios. Working with Onaya Science, she explores how rituals, music, and plant medicines support trauma recovery. Kate brings curiosity and care to the ways we feel, connect, and transform (and will usually be found outside).\n\n@[katedalbyy](https://www.instagram.com/katedalbyy/) \n\n# **Membership **\n\n**MEMBERS of the Psychedelic Society get a discount off almost all of our events.**\n\n[**Join from £5 a month**](https://psychedelicsociety.org.uk/become-a-member) ** and become part of this amazing community with invites to special events and more.**\n\n# **Find Your Community with The Psychedelic Society**\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2025/02/26/17/12/33/0a9bf817-d03e-4255-88e3-a131ae14d00f/Nature%20(2).png)",
