"description": "### **Jewish Identity IFS Parts** **Constellations** \n\n**A space to explore, safely and with care, systemic dynamics, nuances ** \n**and complexities within our Jewish identity at this time. ** \n \n\nWelcome to a day of Internal Family Systems, Constellations, and Jewish identity. \nAll welcome, no prior experience is needed - only a desire to meet your own Jewishness in a deeper way.\n\n**Embodied IFS** \nDuring the day we will explore the dynamics of our ‘inner village' of parts that rise around our Jewish identity and heritage using embodied grounded creative practices. \nThe focus is on experience, though there will also be opportunities to deepen understanding of IFS in action. \n \n**Systemic Parts Work** \nWe will be applying a layered view that includes and differentiates between personal, lineage and culture influences.\n\n**Safe Welcoming Container** \nThis systemic embodied work enables us to meet with curiosity and compassion parts that may feel isolated or challenged/ing. We will create Self loving container where **all parts are truly welcome**.\n\nThrough meeting Jewish parts of ourselves in this way, we’ll have the opportunity to learn of their good intentions, to discover what is important to them, and to hear what they need us to know, understand and hold about their experiences so far— and perhaps, where possible, to resolve.\n\n_ **Both IFS and Constellations offer us a safe container to explore: ** _ \n_ **what do we meet within our Jewishness at this point in time? ** _\n\nThis is where we will be giving our own parts our attention: making space for them to be seen, heard and understood, and becoming curious about what we want to carry forward with us, and what burdens some of our parts may be ready to release.\n\nPerhaps, through this process, we can move forward a little lighter and more connected — more connected within ourselves, more connected between us, and more able to meet the world from that place.\n\n_“Exquisitely held - safe space holding” “Masterful, thought provoking\" “Words cannot express how grateful I am”_\n\n[**Shoshana Moss**](https://shine-thrive.com/about/), your guide on this weekend is an IFS Institute–trained Level 3 practitioner, an experienced systemic and family constellator, and a facilitator of embodied, trauma-sensitive work. Drawing on decades of experience in IFS, systemic and family constellations, yoga, meditation, nature connection and TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises). At the heart of her work is a belief in the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of nature, and the transformative potential of being deeply met, witnessed and held. \nRead more about Shoshana here https://shine-thrive.com/about/\n\n#### **🌿 Is this suitable for me?**\n\n**Trauma & Self-Regulation:** Suitable for those who are able to work with and self regulate parts that come up. \nTrauma sensitive guidance and support is available. \n\n**IFS Experience:** No prior experience is necessary. If you wish to read about Internal Family Systems see [**IFS page**](https://shine-thrive.com/ifs/).\n\n**IFS Therapy:** The group event is not a replacement for individual therapy, where needed. IFS groups can add a much needed dimension of normalising our (parts) experience, reducing isolation and support healing together.\n\n### **Fees & Payment**\n\n**Participant: ** Ticket fees are per person. This covers all group activities.\n\n_ T&C: Bookings are a mutual commitment, refunds not available as spaces are limited and require your commitment to hold the min-max amount of participants for this constellation event. If you can no longer make the event in rare circumstances, you may request to transfer your ticket to a friend/family._\n\n### **Location & Travel**\n\n**🏠** The event is in **Staverton, Devon, UK (near Totnes).
