"description": "I’m inviting you into something deeply powerful.\n\nA guided conscious connect breathwork journey on **Sunday 18th October, 9:30–11:00am in Finchley Central** —a space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect to Self. \n\nConcious connected Breathwork as a powerful, trauma informed practice that uses the Breathe to help you reconnect your body mind and emotions. We bypass the mind and tap into deep layers of self. This allows us to express the stored anxiety tension, trauma, and unprocessed emotions, creating space for healing and transformation.\n\n**The Pause: Breath, Discernment & Choice**\n\n_A Conscious Connected Breathwork journey exploring nervous system awareness, emotional expression and the space between reacting and responding._\n\nWhat do you need right now?\n\nIt sounds like a simple question, but how often do we actually stop long enough to listen for the answer?\n\nWe are constantly receiving messages about how we _should_ feel. Calm down. Keep going. Be productive. Let it go. Move on.\n\nBut our bodies are constantly communicating with us too.\n\nSometimes we need to settle and soothe. Sometimes we need to express and release. Sometimes we need movement, sound, breath or space to allow something that has been held inside to move through us.\n\nThe challenge is learning to discern what we actually need — rather than automatically repeating the ways we have learned to cope.\n\nIn this Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, we’ll explore **the pause** : that space between an experience and our habitual response.\n\nThrough breath, embodiment and nervous system awareness, we’ll explore how we can develop greater capacity to notice what is happening within us and choose how we want to respond.\n\nThis isn’t about always being calm.\n\nIt’s about developing **choice**.\n\nIt’s about learning when to settle and soothe, when to express and release, and how to listen to the intelligence of the body alongside the thinking mind.\n\nBreathwork can offer a powerful somatic practice for developing this awareness — creating new experiences in the body that can support emotional regulation, self-awareness and a deeper sense of connection with ourselves.\n\nAs we develop the ability to pause, we can begin to interrupt habitual patterns and create more space for the life we actually want to move towards.\n\n**Come and explore what happens when you stop asking, “What should I be feeling?” and begin to ask, “What do I need?”**\n\nNo previous breathwork experience is necessary.\n\nAs always, any questions please don't hesitate to be in contact.",
