"description": "**The Doorway into Scorpio Season**\n\n_Our very first circle_\n\nBrought to you by Dragonfly Studios, Soul Circles are small monthly gatherings for women and non-binary people to put down the many hats we wear, come home to ourselves, share stories and be seen and heard, just as we are.\n\n**This month's theme** \nOn Friday 23rd October the Sun moves into Scorpio, and with Venus already retrograde there, Scorpio's themes are in the air. On the evening we gather, we'll be standing in the doorway between Libra's balance and Scorpio's depth, under a waxing moon that's growing towards the full moon.\n\nScorpio asks for honesty, and for letting go of what no longer fits. As the evenings draw in, we'll reflect on:\n\n- Which of the hats you wear is ready to be put down, or worn differently?\n- What truth about your work, at home or beyond, have you been keeping quiet, even from yourself?\n- What would coming home to yourself look like in the season ahead?\n\n**What happens on the evening** \nWe'll open the circle together and share the simple agreements that keep it a safe space. There'll be time to reflect, and then a chance to share, which is always optional. We'll finish with a collective tarot reading for the group, a guided rest with group reiki, and a gentle close.\n\nNo experience needed, come as you are, and there is no pressure to share if you don't want to. What's shared stays in the room.\n\n**Please bring:** \nComfy clothes, a yoga mat, cushions, a blanket, and a notepad and pen. If you'd like, you can bring something meaningful to place on our centrepiece for the evening, though there's no need to.\n\n**The details**\n\n- Monday 19th October, 7:45 to 9:15pm (doors open at 7:35)\n- Whitchurch Village Community Centre, Bristol Road, BS14 0PT\n- Up to 15 places\n- Introductory rate: £20\n- Access: step-free entry, toilets and chairs available, plus free parking on site\n- Cancellation: Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before. After that, you're welcome to pass your place to a friend.\n\nYour facilitator is Becka, a tarot reader and reiki practitioner in Bristol. Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions before booking.",
