"description": "**💫 Soothing Sunday Sound Bath 💫 **\n\n📅 Date: Sunday 1 November \n⏱️ Time: 6-7pm \n📍 Location: All Saints Church (Link room/hall), Fishponds, Bristol BS16 2BW \n⭐ £15pp\n\nJoin me for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath to help melt away stress and align body and mind. The soothing sound and vibrations of the gong, singing bowls and chimes will guide you into deep rest and inner calm. \n\nAllow yourself to drift into a subconscious theta state - a deeply calm space where your body can rest, heal and recharge. Just relax and let go - inviting stillness within!\n\nTake this opportunity to unwind and reset. \n\nPlease wear comfortable clothes and bring something to lie on - eg. a yoga/camping mat, a blanket, pillow, water and anything else to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Spaces are limited - please book in advance, or message me to reserve your place.\n\n**A quick note:** Sound baths are very gentle, but not recommended if you’re pregnant in your first trimester, have a pacemaker or experience seizures.
