"description": "# Exploring pleasure\n\n \n\nWhat happens when we get out of our heads, drop into our bodies and allow ourselves to play? This is an experiential workshop where we explore polarity through body, breath, voice and touch.\n\nWhat happens when you let your voice take up space? When you lead through your body and breath? And when you let yourself follow? \n\nLet's explore the space between us when we dare to express more of ourselves, listen more deeply and become curious about the energy of connection.\n\nWe will play with polarity beyond gender, with leading and following, giving and receiving & direction and surrender. We will explore different energies and ways of meeting ourselves and each other.\n\nThere will be space for pleasure. For laughter and silliness. For intensity and softness. For expressing yourself in ways that may feel familiar, and perhaps in ways that don't\n\nNo need to perform or to get it right.\n\nJust an invitation to get out of your mind and into your body.\n\nAll exercises are invitations, and you always choose your own level of participation. We create the space together with clear agreements around boundaries and consent.\n\nCome as you are.\n\nLet's play. \n\n \n\n**Practical Information**\n\nDOORS CLOSE 18:30 SHARP. \nArrive 10 - 15 minutes early so you have a chance to land.\n\nThe event is free for Noden members, but you need to reserve your spot in advance:\n\nNot a member yet?
