"description": "A WEEKEND OF VOICE • CONNECTION • CREATIVE EXPLORATION for women \n \nReturning to Wales this November, Bella brings her WildSong practice back for a weekend of deep listening, collective voice, creativity and connection. \n \nFRIDAY 13 NOVEMBER \nVOICE TEMPLE \n6–9.30pm \n \nA gathering for women to connect, sing and celebrate the full expression of the female voice. \n \nThrough rhythm, song and collective voice, we’ll create a shared temple space around the fire — with a workshop, shared dinner and time to listen, express and connect. \n \nNo singing or vocal improvisation experience needed. \n \nSATURDAY 14 NOVEMBER \nWILDSONG \n10am–4pm \n \nIs there a song within you that’s longing to be set free? \n \nA deeply nourishing day of coming into voice and body, moving between deep inward exploration and playful collective creativity. \n \nDeep relaxation • Breath • Movement • Rhythm • Vocal exploration • Co-creative singing • Vocal improvisation \n \nA chance to settle the nervous system, explore what may be held in the voice and body, and discover the freedom and connection that can emerge when we give ourselves permission to fully express. \n \nNo previous experience needed. \n \n1-TO-1 VOICE SESSIONS \nFriday & Sunday | Limited spaces \n \nIndividual sessions to slow down, listen in and explore what is asking to be heard. \n \nA supportive space to explore your voice, body and expression, and gently work with anything that may be feeling blocked or held. \n \nCome for one offering or join us for the whole weekend.\n\nNo experience needed! Everyone is welcome : ) \n \n\nFOR MORE INFO ABOUT BELLA GO HERE:\n\n[www.bellalilley.com](http://www.bellalilley.com)",
