"description": "**DUUN CIRCLES: AWAKEN SENSES** is a 3-hour evening in London where cacao, voice, movement and drum come together as one flowing journey. It’s a space to step out of daily noise, drop into the body, and reconnect with yourself and with other people. **Drum, Unwind, Unite, and Nourish.**\n\nThis is a community wellbeing event focused on relaxation, movement, and connection.\n\nWe begin with cacao to help you arrive, settle, and land in the space. Once we are grounded, we transition into Tender Sounds. This part of the night is a gentle, immersive blend of original live music, mantras, and shared singing. It’s a welcoming space with no pressure to perform, just simple, human voices coming together in shared resonance.\n\nAs the energy builds, we transition into Ecstatic Dance with Moya — a carefully curated musical journey that takes you from grounding, through higher energy, and back towards stillness. No choreography, no expectations. It’s about how it feels.\n\nWe’ll close by slowing everything down into a Drum Journey with Kris from Light in Dark. A steady drum pulse supports deep relaxation and grounding, with Magda’s soft humming and vocal tones woven in to bring warmth, safety, and integration.\n\n**You can dance. You can listen. You can also pause for a massage.**\n\nThere’s room for all three at **Awaken Senses**.\n\nAlongside voice, drums and movement, Krzysztof Czaja will be offering massages - a chance to slow down and enjoy a moment of care from a physiotherapist and massage therapist.\n\nLet the evening unfold at your own pace. You can move, sing, listen, rest, receive, or simply be.\n\nNo experience is needed. Come as you are.\n\nBuy ticket: [**https://buytickets.at/duun/2425988**](https://buytickets.at/duun/2425988?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAcGRvZgFicmlkETFONUVkeWpUcmprWU9HdVlpc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQQMjIyMDM5MTc4ODIwMDg5MgABHu0j_oQulB5-0W0CcGAibwGj0Fk-BBFyWzem837BveqX5XFA5UDN7KWfjcBI_aem_Ysggf415ATftphJ4LCqdsQ)",
