"description": "Phoebe Prideaux and Sasa Zola present Rhythm Of Dust : Yoga & Sound Bath \n \nWe welcome you to create your very own magic spell...\n\nIn this offering, we invite you to make a wish and meditate on your own dreamy spell.\n\nGuided by Phoebe, we will move through an embodied yoga practice, accompanied by Sasa’s healing Sounds. We will move gently in our yoga practice, encouraging you to honour the flowing rhythm of your own body & breath.\n\nThen, like stardust settling, simply come down to the earth. Allow yourself to be held and receive the ancient wisdom and power of sound whilst your body is supported by restorative poses and yoga nidra (guided breath).\n\nTogether, we invite you to be submerged in the magic which is lovingly crafted, regulating your nervous system and cultivating connections. \n \nThere will also be the opportunity if you'd like, to pull an Oracal card and chat deeper about the wisdom and what has come up for you. \n \nWe welcome you, however you come!",
