What experiences have shaped you? What are you ready to release, and who are you becoming?\n\nJoin us for an intimate, four-hour creative healing retreat where meditation, mindful art and human connection come together in a nourishing space for reflection and self-discovery.\n\nAt the heart of this experience is the meditative art of **mandala painting using acrylic paint cones** — a beautiful, tactile technique inspired by traditional henna artistry.\n\nUnlike conventional painting with brushes, you'll learn to create intricate patterns, flowing lines and raised dots by gently guiding acrylic paint through specially prepared cones.\n\nThe rhythmic, repetitive nature of this practice invites you to slow down, quieten the mind and become fully absorbed in the creative process.\n\nThere is something deeply grounding about allowing your hands to create freely, without expectations or the need for perfection.\n\nAnd the best part? **You don't need to be an artist to experience the joy and healing potential of creativity.**\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/10/14/17/26/26/efae3112-c9e6-462b-9ade-d7dcf51d5d9b/25AA1A1A-9D92-40A5-B323-4586056028CA.jpg)\n\n### Your afternoon of healing and creativity\n\nWe'll begin with a welcoming sharing circle, grounding meditation and guided journaling to explore our theme, _Who Am I Becoming?_\n\nFrom here, we'll move into mindful creativity, where you'll be introduced to the acrylic paint cone technique before creating your very own mandala on canvas.\n\nYour mandala becomes a personal expression of your journey, with each colour, pattern and movement reflecting whatever you feel inspired to explore.\n\nThroughout the afternoon, there will be space for quiet reflection, meaningful conversation and connection with others.\n\nWe'll enjoy freshly prepared organic juices and a delicious selection of homemade sweet and savoury bites, lovingly provided by Prana House.\n\nFinally, we'll return to our circle for reflection, optional sharing and a closing meditation, allowing time to integrate the experience and set an intention for the journey ahead.\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/10/14/17/27/10/6169e96e-10b9-4fa3-9156-e0b630de9324/IMG_4127.jpeg)\n\n### What you'll take away\n\nYour own unique, hand-painted mandala canvas.\n\nAcrylic paint cones to continue your creative practice at home.\n\nA new mindful art technique you can return to whenever you need a moment of calm.\n\nSpace to reflect on your personal journey and reconnect with yourself.\n\nThe experience of creating and connecting in a warm, supportive environment.\n\n### What's included\n\nYour £65 early-bird or £75 standard ticket includes the complete four-hour retreat, all art materials, guided meditation, journaling, creative facilitation and organic refreshments.\n\nPlaces are limited to 16 participants to create an intimate and welcoming experience.\n\n**Come as you are.
