"description": "**Weekly Women’s Circle** \n_Come as you are. Be real, be held._\n\nA weekly drop-in space to slow down, breathe and connect with other women. No need to hold it together here. Come and be heard, held and met as you are.\n\n**When:** Thursday, 5.30pm to 7.30pm (doors open 5.20pm) \n**Where:** Plot 9, Maze Hill (SE3 7RD)\n\n**Who it’s for** \nAnyone socialised as or identifying as a woman, including female-bodied non-binary people and trans women who feel drawn to the space. We especially welcome women who are new to circles, or who are simply looking for a gentle, supportive place to belong.\n\n**What to expect** \nWe open with a short grounding practice to help you arrive, then read our Circle Agreements together. Then we take turns to speak while everyone else listens. You never have to share, as listening is just as much a part of the circle. Please read the agreements before you come.\n\nWe sit outdoors in a covered space around the fire, so dress warmly. Tea and snacks are available, so come early if you’d like to settle in with a warm drink.\n\n**Arriving** \nWe begin promptly at 5.30pm. To protect the group, we can’t admit anyone after 5.45pm.\n\n**Booking** \nBooking opens Mondays before each circle, and places are limited. _If you book and can’t make it, please cancel so someone else can come._\n\n**First time?** \nIf you’re unsure about coming, I’m happy to chat beforehand. Email [kikadegani@gmail.com](mailto:kikadegani@gmail.com) and we’ll find a time. You don’t have to step into the circle alone.\n\n**Getting there** \nPlot 9 is a few minutes’ walk from Maze Hill station (Southeastern and Thameslink). The walk from the platform is a little fiddly, so here’s a [video of the route](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUFWua52Cqw). \nBy bus, the 129, 177, 188, 286, 386 and 422 stop at Trafalgar Road / Maze Hill (Stop H), and the 386 also stops at Maze Hill Station (Stops M and N). From the station, walk up Vanbrugh Hill, turn right onto Restell Close, and Plot 9 is about halfway down on the right. \nFree parking is usually available on Dinsdale Road or Humber Road. \n[Google Maps pin](https://goo.gl/maps/9EoGKtGbKs85owGn7)\n\n**Accessibility** \nThe venue isn’t step-free yet. If you have any access needs, let us know in advance and we’ll help where we can.\n\n \n\n**The circle is open. Come as you are** 🌸\n\n \n\n**Places are free thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund.**\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/10/12/12/15/29/9c45c742-b03a-4262-b39e-dd11fcab16e1/The-National-Lottery-Community-Fund-colour-logo-in-English.jpg)\n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/10/12/12/16/44/ef35547c-c518-42e5-85bf-29824d90f888/3684b950-63d9-45b0-a8d4-c34e47e67849.jpeg)",
