Somewhere along the way, we can lose touch with our own desires, passions, creativity and the things that make us feel truly alive.\n\nBut these patterns don’t have to define the rest of our lives. When we begin reconnecting with ourselves, we can question the beliefs that have been holding us back, embrace the parts of ourselves we’ve rejected and find the courage to make different choices.\n\n \n\n**Real transformation isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about rediscovering who we are beneath years of conditioning and expectations, and consciously creating a life that feels like our own.**\n\n \n\n🌕 **A Full Moon Invitation**\n\nWith the full moon approaching, this Sunday evening is a beautiful opportunity to pause, turn your attention inward and reconnect with yourself.\n\nWhether you’re looking to let go of something you’ve been carrying, gain a fresh perspective or simply give yourself the freedom to feel without expectations, you’re invited to take this time for yourself.\n\n \n\n \n\n**✨ What is Kundalini Activation?** \n \n\nKundalini Activation is a deeply transformative experience that awakens the creative life-force energy within you. It’s an invitation to step out of your constantly thinking mind, deeply relax, let go of control and simply **FEEL**. A space to allow yourself to receive and let the experience to unfold naturally.\n\nYou don’t need previous experience, advanced physical skills or knowledge of spiritual practices. In fact, there’s nothing you need to do. You simply lie down on your yoga mat, deeply relax and allow the experience to unfold.\n\nDuring the session, carefully selected music creates an immersive atmosphere, helping you turn your attention inward while providing a sense of privacy within the group. As your facilitator, I use hands-off techniques or gentle touch to support the natural flow of energy and help release energetic blockages. I carefully observe and follow your body’s responses, adapting my approach as the experience unfolds.\n\nAs you get immersed in the experience, emotions and physical responses may begin to arise naturally. You might find yourself crying, laughing, shaking, stretching, dancing or expressing yourself through sounds and movements you wouldn’t normally make. Memories, visions, deep realisations or overwhelming feelings of joy, love and relief may also emerge.\n\nYou generally remain aware of what’s happening, even when your body moves spontaneously. What might look intense from the outside can feel incredibly blissful, ecstatic and freeing. Equally, your experience may be beautifully peaceful and still. Every person and every session is different.\n\n \n\n**This is a space to let yourself feel, express and release without judgement.** \n \n\nSometimes, allowing emotions we’ve been holding back for years to surface can bring profound relief and a new perspective on experiences we haven’t fully processed. As we learn to embrace our emotions, imperfections and past experiences with greater compassion, we may also find ourselves becoming more understanding, accepting and connected to others.\n\n \n\nAnd the impact can reach far beyond the yoga mat. With greater self-awareness, we may begin recognising familiar patterns, understanding our emotional triggers and reconnecting with desires and passions we’ve neglected. We can become more open to possibilities, more confident in expressing ourselves and more courageous in pursuing what genuinely matters to us. \n \n\n**What begins as a single immersive experience can become a turning point in how you see yourself, relate to others and approach your life.**\n\n \n\nAt the end of the session, you’ll be gently guided back into the space and invited to share your experience or ask questions if you wish.\n\n \n\n**🧘‍♀️ How to prepare for the session** \n \n\n- Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to relax and move freely.\n- Yoga mats are provided.\n- Bring your own water bottle.\n- Avoid alcohol and recreational substances for at least 24 hours before the session.\n- Avoid heavy meals for three hours beforehand and caffeine shortly before attending.\n- Leave your expectations behind. Every experience is unique, and there’s nothing you need to achieve.\n\n**Important:** Kundalini Activation may bring up intense emotional and physical responses and is not a substitute for medical treatment or trauma therapy. The session is not suitable for people with epilepsy or a history of seizures.
