Movement — Arriving in the Body**\n\nWe begin with simple, guided movement to loosen tension, reconnect with your breath, and awaken the body from within.\n\n* * *\n\n## **2. Cacao — Opening the Heart Gently**\n\nFollowing movement, we settle into warm, heart-opening cacao to soften the mind, nourish the emotional body, and prepare you for the deeper journey ahead.\n\nCacao helps you land, open gently, and arrive in your inner landscape with intention and tenderness.\n\n* * *\n\n## **3. Breathwork — Opening Gently, Going Deep Safely**\n\nThis style of Conscious Connected Breathwork supports you to explore deeper layers of yourself at a pace your body can trust — **not forceful, not pushed**. \nWhat comes up may be emotion, clarity, softness, insight, or a deeper sense of connection. The practice helps you stay steady and present with whatever arises.\n\nIf you're looking for a fast-paced or intensely activating style of breathwork, this session is still dynamic but offers **a gentler, more embodied, nervous-system-honouring approach**.\n\n**Supported by:**\n\n- a **curated playlist** designed to guide your journey subtly, supporting emotional flow and rhythmic ease\n\nThis practice can meet you powerfully or softly, opening you in the way your body is ready for that day — **but it is never forceful**.\n\nWe invite your body to open at its own pace, without pushing your system beyond what it can safely hold.\n\nIf you’ve seen breathwork sessions that involve intense activation, this offers a space for something different — **a grounded, steady, embodied style that honours your window of tolerance**.\n\nEmotions may arise — they’re welcome — and we meet them through breath and presence, supporting you to stay resourced and gradually expand your capacity to be with sensation and feeling.\n\n* * *\n\n## **4. Alchemy Sound Journey & Sensory Integration — Landing Softly**\n\n \n\nAfter the breathwork, the journey continues as we move into a **full Alchemy Crystal Bowl immersion** — a spacious, resonant field created by my complete alchemy set.\n\nThese crystalline tones support emotional coherence, deep settling, and a gentle unwinding through the water and fascia of the body.\n\nFrom this soundscape, we transition into a **sensory integration sequence** designed to ground and regulate the system.\n\nOptional **essential oil mists and grounding oils**\n\nThis closing phase is nurturing, restorative, and deeply regulating — a soft landing that brings the whole journey together.\n\n* * *\n\n# **If You’re Navigating Something Heavy**\n\nIf you're moving through **significant stress, instability** , or a **recent emotional rupture** , you may feel more supported in a space that’s fully dedicated to you. \n\nA **1:1 session** can offer the kind of personalised care that might serve you better right now.\n\n* * *\n\n# **Who This Is For**\n\nThis session is ideal for those who want to:\n\n- release stress or tension safely\n- explore breathwork without overwhelm\n- reconnect with the body\n- feel supported in a gentle, grounded way\n- soften, regulate, and return to presence\n\nNo experience is needed. \nCome exactly as you are.\n\n* * *\n\n# **What to Bring**\n\n- Comfortable layered clothing\n- Water\n- A blanket or warm layer\n- A journal & Pen\n- Eye Mask\n- Cushion For your Head\n\n(mats and blankets are provided, but for extra comfort and warmth I recommend bringing one extra)\n\n* * *\n\n# **Event Details**\n\n🕙 **Time:** 10am–1pm \n📍 **Venue:** Space at the Mill, Manchester \n💷 **Price:** £27 super Early Bird (regular £45) \n🎁 **Includes:** A small sensory energy clearing mist to take home", "endsAt": "2026-12-20T13:00:00Z", "locations": [ { "$type": "community.lexicon.location.geo", "latitude": "53.4758684", "longitude": "-2.2544785", "name": "Space at the Mill, Duke Street, Manchester, UK" } ], "mode": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#inperson", "name": "Resonant Presence : An Alchemy Morning Retreat", "startsAt": "2026-12-20T10:00:00Z", "status": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#scheduled", "uris": [ { "$type": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#uri", "name": "Resonant Presence : An Alchemy Morning Retreat", "uri": "https://dandelion.events/e/z7830" } ] }
