"description": "#### **What is Soul Motion**\n\nSoul Motion is a conscious movement practice that invites you to connect with your body, emotions and inner wisdom through music, free movement and mindful presence. In a safe, welcoming space, you are invited to move in your own way, release what no longer serves you and reconnect with yourself and others — free from judgement or the need to perform.\n\n#### **Creating a Safe Space**\n\nPlease treat yourself and others with compassion and respect. Soul Motion is a sober, non-verbal practice, so please refrain from alcohol or drugs beforehand and save conversations for outside the movement space. A Soul Motion space is a space of informed consent within which you are safe to explore and express your boundaries as well as your yeses and nos.\n\n#### **Practical Information**\n\nTime: 19:00–21:00. Please arrive a little early so we can begin together at 19:00 without interruption. \n\nWhat to bring: Wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated. A yoga mat, cushion or sheepskin can offer extra comfort during moments of stillness, sharing and integration.\n\n#### **Your Wellbeing**\n\nIf you have a health condition that may be affected by the practice, please consult your GP or healthcare provider before attending. Please also let me know privately about any relevant health conditions and provide emergency contact details if appropriate. Any personal information you share will be treated confidentially.\n\nIf you have any questions or would like further information, please contact me.\n\nI look forward to moving with you!",
