"description": "Conscious Dance Frome welcomes you to the \n\n✨Saturday Night Dance with Rob!✨\n\nHello dancers ☺️\n\nI am looking forward to listening to music I like, played much louder than I can at home and hopefully some of you will come and join me! 🤩\n\nThere will be cacao, \n\nprobably an altar.\n\nWe exist in an individualised holographic projection created by ourselves, for ourselves, \n\nultimately love is all there is.\n\nNavigating this 3D life can be pretty tough at times so come and join me and temporarily forget about all the totally mental shit that you create for your soul's growth and evolution.\n\nSee you on Saturday! \n\n \n\n💚 Rob 💚\n\n \n\nPlease arrive in good time to leave bags and shoes downstairs, catch-up with friends and drink your cacao before coming upstairs to warm up. It's important that we create the container for this experience together and you are a part of that from the beginning.\n\nWe dance without shoes, drugs or alcohol and we ask for the dance floor to be kept free from chat. There is a chill-out room downstairs if you need some time out or a space to talk.\n\n \n\n19:00 Arrival and warm up\n\n**19:15 Opening circle - Please be on time!**\n\n19:30 Dance starts\n\n21:00 Closing circle\n\n21:15 Community connection space",
