An intensive offers more time to settle in, let go and explore what unfolds.\n\nThis one-day Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) Intensive is designed to give you extended space for inner exploration through two long transmissions, with time to rest and integrate between sessions.\n\nKAP is a direct transmission of life-force energy associated with Kundalini awakening and expanded states of awareness. Rather than actively trying to generate an experience, the emphasis is on receiving, surrendering and allowing the process to unfold.\n\n## Why Choose an Intensive?\n\nA full day offers a different rhythm from a standard group session. With two extended transmissions, you have more time to relax into the process, become familiar with your experience and explore what arises across the day.\n\nThe transmissions are intended to build progressively, offering space for deeper exploration and embodiment without needing to force or pursue a particular outcome.\n\nPeople experience KAP differently. Some report physical sensations, spontaneous movements, emotional responses, imagery, insights or shifts in awareness. Others experience something more subtle. There is no right or wrong experience, and no particular result is guaranteed.\n\nThe emphasis is not simply on what happens during the transmissions, but also on how greater self-awareness and changes in perspective may unfold in everyday life afterwards.\n\n## What Makes KAP Different?\n\nUnlike self-directed Kundalini practices, KAP centres on receiving a transmission rather than actively trying to generate or push energy upwards.\n\nWithin this lineage, the transmission is described as a descending life-force energy that enters through the crown and moves through the body, eventually engaging the Kundalini energy associated with the root.\n\nThe process centres on surrender rather than willpower. You're not required to perform techniques, control your breathing or make anything happen.\n\nNo previous experience of meditation, yoga or energy work is needed. You don't need to identify as spiritual or follow any particular belief system to attend.\n\n## What Happens During the Intensive?\n\nYou'll lie comfortably on your own yoga mat or blanket with your eyes closed while music plays. Phillippa facilitates the transmission, which may include gentle touch to areas such as the forehead, crown or abdomen, always with your permission.\n\nYour role is to relax, remain open to your experience and allow sensations or emotions to arise without forcing anything.\n\nThe day includes two extended transmissions, with a lunch break between them. A full explanation of the process will be provided before the session.\n\n## Your Facilitator\n\nPhillippa Gail is a Level 2 KAP Facilitator, trained directly with Venant Wong, the founder of KAP. She has been facilitating sessions since 2019 and has supported more than 3,500 participants through KAP sessions, immersions, retreats and private experiences.\n\nHer approach is grounded in creating a supportive environment in which each person can explore their own experience without pressure to achieve a particular outcome.\n\n## Event Details\n\n**Location: Surya Hot Yoga Studio, Wimbledon**\n\nThird Floor \n8 Red Studios \nElm Grove \nWimbledon \nSW19 4BX\n\n**Finding the studio:** Walk to the very end of Elm Grove.
