"description": "Sunday morning conscious dance practice. \nOutdoors or inside depending upon the venue. \n(Outdoors at Pondfield / Inside at Harberton Parish Hall \n10.30am start – ending by 12.30pm latest. \nDrop-in on the morning with payment. \nPay what you can between £20 to £10 (cash or bank transfer). \n \nHeld by Robert (of the Totnes Dance Collective) \nHe has held dance events in Devon since 1998. \nSince 2020 regular Sunday morning dances have been held outside – info on these dances has been via word of mouth. \n \nThe land, owned by The Living Projects, a community enterprise, is benevolent. \nDancers have come in all kinds of weather. Only in exception weather is a dance cancelled. \nThe music is through loudspeakers powered by solar-charged batteries. \nDuring winter months more dances are held inside in a local hall. \nPeople frequently ask “what music do you play” – listen to what I've uploaded to Mixcloud. \nhttps://www.mixcloud.com/Music-LedDance/ \nThe style is “conscious” dance practice: a no talking dance-space, no guidance – other than what arises within you; sometimes a poem or passage is read out.\n\nThese dances have always been “drop-in”, therefore, no need to book: turn up on the morning with payment: cash preferred.",
