You don’t have to have already done a Headless Way workshop to participate. You will gain a deeper experience and understanding of this direct way of seeing your True Self.\n\nYou will also meet others who are shining the light of awareness onto the Treasure of their True Self.\n\n_ **\"It was a wonderful, wonderful experience. You may feel like you are missing something at first if you are not familiar with the headless way, but even if that´s the case, I promise you is worth it. When I first booked it there was something in me telling me I had to go, and now I know it was my intuition pointing me in the right direction. That whole day, even after the event... life changing for me. Lots of love, headless pals!\"** _ - Irene\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2022/08/06/21/07/30/e48cdb92-879c-4ad1-b03a-20ef2d9245f8/headless writing.png)\n\n \n\n“_**I’ve never been on any meditation course (of any type) that involved so many smiles and so much fun - but that was also helpful and fascinating and profound**_.” - Talulah M.\n\nHeadless Way is growing in popularity as an astonishingly simple way to notice fundamental truths about your experience, which for some people can be both thrilling and liberating.\n\nIn a series of deceptively simple experiments and awareness exercises, you will have the chance to see for yourself what mystics throughout the ages have always pointed to.\n\nCS Lewis called this approach “a work of the highest genius” and Sam Harris has mentioned it recently in both books and his podcast as a direct way of seeing ‘that makes perfect sense to me.”\n\nThe experiments were developed by the philosopher Douglas Harding, who wrote: “Though in essence the same as Zen, Sufism, and other spiritual disciplines, this way proceeds in an unusually down-to-earth fashion.” Headless way claims you are more likely to see who you really are in a few minutes of experimentation than years of years of reading, meditation or traditional spiritual practice.\n\nInstead of these, it uses a variety of simple, non-verbal, fact-finding tests, all of them asking: how do I look to myself?\n\nRichard looks forward to sharing this direct seeing of our True Self. \n \n_ **\"This is like studying Non-Dual meditation but without the pain in the butt of long sitting meditation as many of the experiments are active and interactive. Well worth attending…\"** _ \n \n_ **\"** __**As a vipasana \"student\" I found this workshop very useful and enjoyable.
