"description": "Join us in Paradise and fill your cup with an all-inclusive weekend of relaxation, rejuvenation, and body-mind restoration. We invite you to an off-grid retreat nestled in the heart of the enchanted Isle of Puerto Rico. An hour in a half up the Tropical Mountains and through the Cloud Forests you will arrive at Finca Quebrada Seca. Home to breathtaking mountain views, a beautiful natural house built with traditional Cedro wood, gardens, abundant wildlife, and you! Rustic charm with all the modern amenities, this land is the perfect place for us to gather as a community and recharge our batteries as we connect deeper with the Earth and with each other. \n \nWhat to expect? \n \n“Back to Nature, Back to You” is designed to slow us down enough that we might drop in; into right relation with ourselves, with the land, with our community. It is a retreat from the busyness and routine of our daily lives and an invitation into the Simpatico of Nature Time. We will enjoy chef-catered, gut healing cuisine with ingredients picked fresh from the gardens, steep ourselves in embodiment modules such as Thai Partner Massage, Qi Gong and TRE, and enjoy Waterfall hikes while immersed in the enchanting Naturaleza of this place. All guests will also receive a 1:1 Bodywork session. \n \nOur embodiment modules will be focused on grounding our energy, releasing tension, and sharing therapeutic touch. You are invited to participate in all or none of the embodiment modules as we are aiming to create a spacious environment with just enough activity and an over-abundance of relaxation and integration time, with plenty of spaces to enjoy around the property and opportunities for alone time as well. You are welcome to choose your adventure, even if thats a three day nap in Paradise. \n\n**Schedule:**\n\n- 7-8 am Mediation and Pranayama \n- 8-9 Breakfast \n- 9:30-11:30 Embodiment Module 1 \n- 12-1 Lunch \n- 1- 4:30 free time/ 1:1 massages\n- 4:30-6 Embodiment Module 2\n- 6:30 Dinner\n- 8 pm - Fireside Revelry \n- 10 pm Maximum REM sleep",
