This is an invitation to slow down, turn inwards and reconnect with yourself.\n\nWe’ll begin by arriving in the space with a grounding, guided meditation, helping you settle more into the body. We’ll then explore conscious connected breathwork together, with an opportunity to practise the technique before moving into the breathwork journey itself. \n\nThe afternoon will close with time to rest and integrate, followed by homemade winter tea and cake, with optional journaling and space to simply be.\n\nThe workshop is open and accessible to all, whether you’re completely new to breathwork or already have an established practice.\n\n#### **The Flow**\n\n**4:30pm** – Arrive, welcome & introduction\n\n**4:45pm** – Grounding, guided meditation\n\n**5:00pm** – Introduction to conscious connected breathwork\n\n**5:20pm** – Conscious connected breathwork journey\n\n**6:00pm** – Rest & integration: with homemade winter tea, cake & optional journaling\n\n**6:20pm** – Closing the space\n\n**6:30pm** – Event ends\n\n#### **What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?**\n\nConscious connected breathwork is a practice where we breathe in a continuous, connected rhythm for a period of time, supported by music and gentle guidance throughout.\n\nAs your breath is what leads, every experience is different. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body, stay within your own limits and move through the practice at your own pace.\n\nPeople may experience a range of physical, emotional or mental sensations during the practice, and you don't need to achieve or “do” anything in particular. You may leave feeling:\n\n- More grounded and present\n- Calm and deeply relaxed\n- More connected to yourself\n- Clearer in mind and body\n- Emotionally lighter\n\n#### **What to bring:**\n\n- A journal and pen to support with integration (optional)\n- A water bottle\n- Comfortable, warm clothing you can move and breath easily in\n\n#### **Directions**\n\n📍 **Zenw2 Wellness Space** \nUnit 12, Queen’s Parade, Walm Lane, London NW2 5HT \n\n🚇 **Nearest tube:** Willesden Green (Jubilee line) - approx. 5 minutes’ walk. \n\n#### **Is this workshop suitable for me?**\n\nNo previous breathwork experience is needed. After my first breathwork experience, I remember thinking, _I wish more people could experience this_ and that feeling has never really left!\n\nSince then, I've continued my training in breathwork and yoga, while spending time living and volunteering in ashrams and retreat centres and sharing these practices within different communities around the world.\n\nAs a breathwork facilitator, my approach is gentle, grounded and centred around creating a safe space for people to explore their own experience. I don't believe we need to push towards an intense or cathartic release for breathwork to be meaningful. For me, it's about slowing down, listening to the body and allowing whatever is present to unfold at its own pace.\n\nWhat I love most about these practices is that they don't give us all the answers, but they can create space to pause, reconnect and listen a little more deeply to ourselves.\n\nI'm really looking forward to bringing this practice into the cosy space of Zen W2, creating an afternoon to slow down, reconnect with our breath and turn inward as we move into the winter season.\n\nHope to see you there! ✨ 💛\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/08/07/14/33/13/f98878ba-d3c7-413d-b27b-04fa9c284cb5/tempImageklkK4u.jpg)\n\n#### Testimonials\n\n_\"I joined a conscious breathwork workshop with Federica, and it was a beautiful experience. From the start, she created a warm, welcoming space and explained the intention behind the practice with clarity and care. Throughout the session, she offered gentle individual support whenever it was needed. I especially loved hearing her soft, reassuring voice beside me, guiding me through the experience. It made me feel truly seen, supported, and cared for. I left the workshop feeling both deeply calm and energised. I would wholeheartedly recommend Federica to anyone looking for a safe, nurturing, and professionally held breathwork experience.\" House of Somatics , Hammersmith._\n\n_\"Beautiful afternoon from start to finish, Federica has a wonderful manner which is not rushed or forced, so it felt like an all-body, all-mind experience and as relaxing and releasing as one of the best massages. But much deeper. I feel that the core of me has been touched by this experience. I loved the music, the guidance during the breathing which always seemed to be there when I needed it! Just before I realised I needed it. Wonderful experience, thank you so so much!” Previous workshop attendee._", "endsAt": "2026-12-06T18:30:00Z", "locations": [ { "$type": "community.lexicon.location.geo", "latitude": "51.5475129", "longitude": "-0.2239707", "name": "Zenw2 Wellness Space, Walm Lane, London, UK" } ], "mode": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#inperson", "name": "Stillness Within: A Winter Breathwork Journey", "startsAt": "2026-12-06T16:30:00Z", "status": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#scheduled", "uris": [ { "$type": "community.lexicon.calendar.event#uri", "name": "Stillness Within: A Winter Breathwork Journey", "uri": "https://dandelion.events/e/e9zcy" } ] }
