"description": "Rockies Venture Club\n***Hosted at Foley & Lardner (1144 15th St Suite 2200, Denver, CO 80202)***\n\nRVC Investor Forums bring together accredited angel investors interested in fast-growing, early-stage companies in Colorado. These forums serve to pool the wisdom, expertise, and capital of many individual angels. At this forum, investor members will hear pitches, and afterwards the founders are excused and investors discuss the merits and risks of each venture. There is no requirement to invest and each investor has an opportunity to indicate interest in following or leading a specific deal. Both new and experienced investor members are welcome at forums -- this is the best way to learn hands-on about angel investing!\n\n**Important: Registration Required**\nRockies Venture Club is a membership-based organization. To attend this event, please register through the **online event link above** to complete your registration on our website.\nNot a member yet? **Join RVC and connect with a community of investors and entrepreneurs.**\n\n**Meeting Agenda:**\n**Welcome and Introductions**\n\n**3:00pm to 3:15 pm**\n**Deal-in-Play Discussion**\n**3:15pm to 3:30pm**\n**Company Pitches**\n**3:30 pm to 4:15pm**\n**Investor Only Discussion**\n**4:15 to 5:00pm**\n**Investor Social**\n**5:00 to 7:00pm**\n\n**Presenting Companies**\nTBD\n\n***To attend this event, you must be accredited: Net worth of at least one million US dollars, not including the value of one’s primary residence, or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years [or $300,000 if jointly filing] and have the expectation to make the same amount this year.
