"description": "#### A couple of hours to slow down, reconnect with yourself and discover anything that's been left unsaid.\n\nThe Gemini Full Moon brings themes of communication and curiosity. We will reflect on our connections and commitments, checking what is draining us and what changes we can make to bring more ease into our lives. \n\nWe'll use these themes as a starting point for our evening, with guided meditation, journaling, sharing and a Full Moon ritual. \n \n\n#### During the circle\n\nWe'll begin by settling into the space and welcoming everyone in, before moving into guided meditation with sound.\n\nThere'll be some journaling and reflection, followed by our sharing circle. You can share as much or as little as you'd like; there's never any pressure to speak.\n\nWe'll finish with a Full Moon ritual and read our oracle cards.\n\nThere'll also be a seasonal altar, herbal tea and a little crystal gift to take home.\n\n#### This circle is for you if...\n\nYou spend a lot of your time looking after everyone else. \nLife feels a little too full at the moment. \nYou'd love some time to think about what _you_ actually need. \nYou'd like to meet other women, but don't fancy a loud or overly structured social event. \nYou're curious about women's circles, meditation or ritual, but aren't sure if they're really your thing. \nOr perhaps you simply fancy a couple of hours that belong entirely to you.\n\nYou don't need any previous experience, and you don't need to be spiritual. Everyone is welcome 🤎",
